This charming three story, 2000-square-foot cedar home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac next to a wooded greenbelt. Wildlife including Moose and Fox are often sighted from the sunny wrap around deck. The homes interior is warm and immaculate with rich wood tones, and bronze and copper accents blended with deep burgundies and forest greens.
You will love the large vaulted Great Room that surrounds the Baby Grand Piano. Glorious family times take place here...playing, singing, dancing. The goose down overstuffed chair and ottoman is large enough for two and will fold out into a single bed for a lucky one to sleep right next to the fire. The comfortable down sectional offers warm cuddling and folds out into a queen sleeper if more than six people are enjoying this beautiful home.
The adjoining Dining Room boasts a magnificent antique table that will extend to seat up to twelve people for large holiday gatherings. The dining table lends itself to conversation, laughter, and card games, while others prepare meals in the adjoining Kitchen.
The Kitchen is clean, nicely appointed and well organized for multiple cooks working together. The large gas grill is on the Deck. Conveniently located just off of the Kitchen is the Powder Room and Laundry Room.
The large Loft looks over the Great Room. There is abundant comfortable seating and everyone collects in the Loft to watch ballgames and movies on the big screen TV. A secret door in the Loft leads to a carpeted Playroom for children, complete with sleeping bags. Some kids choose to sleep in this clean and well-lit hideaway.
The large Master Suite has a King Bed, Private Bath, Walk in Closet, and a Television Armoire with a DVD Player.
The Second and Third Bedrooms both have Queen Beds and Flat Screen TV's with DVD Players. These bedrooms share a large well-appointed full bath.
The heated garage makes for easy loading and unloading and offers storage racks for skis and poles. The antique hall tree inside the entrance is perfect for storing ski coats, hats and gloves.

- The home is steps away from "The Ride", Winter Park and Mary Jane's free ski bus. There are 600 miles of great trails in the area for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. There is also a beautiful wide sidewalk from Fraser to the Winter Park Ski Area that is perfect for in-line skating during the Summer and Fall. A great tubing hill, ice skating, and sleigh rides are available in the Winter. In the Summer enjoy golf, Colorado's longest Alpine Slide, boating on Grand Lake, great river and lake fishing, and numerous concerts and festivals.

We love the Winter Park area. It has a "layed back" quality that is hard to find in a world class ski resort. People are very friendly here. We are passionate about the great summer activities in the area as well as the fabulous winter sports!
The Unique Benefits at this House
This is a home that is very comfortable to spend time in. The house is clean and uncluttered. Many of our guests say that they took a day off from skiing just to enjoy the home. The baby grand piano has a great sound. Many of our guests enjoy the home because they enjoy family times that include music especially around the holidays. We do ask our guests to treat this beautiful piano very respectfully during their stay and we have always been very grateful that it continues to be in perfect condition.

This special Mountain Home is proudly owned by Charles Anderson and his three daughters; Alice, Ada Marie, and Donna Margaret. Charles has trained in Paris as a Chef and Wine Sommelier and has traveled the world in the pursuit of fine wines and foods. He consults and teaches in the areas of Fine Dining, Formal Entertaining, Wine Cellar Management and Estate Management. Charles consults around the United States and the World and is proud to count among his students the Military Enlisted Aids that serve our Nations Generals, and in the White House and Vice President's Residence. Charles' daughters are all in school and they are great dancers. They are busy in Irish Stepdancing, Color Guard and Ballet. They love to Snowboard and Ski, to play UNO at the dining table and to sip hot chocolate next to the fire while Daddy cooks in the kitchen. Our "Perfect Ski Day" ends with a great dinner, a good bottle of wine, Uncle Dan playing George Gershwin and Cole Porter on the Baby Grand and everyone singing.
