Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2009
Heather is a Canadian who has resided in the Caribbean and Panama since 1994. Playa Blanca is a happening resort in the most popular area of all Panama. Nikki Beach (world known for its sexy atmosphere)and Buenaventura (a Bristol resort) are immediate neighbors. The 17-acre swimming pool is unique to Playa Blanca and it will be a major attraction as ocean tides are dangerous and intimidating at times. Heather lives in Panama and regularly oversees her condo property to ensure that visitors will have no surprises when they arrive.
Why the Owner Chose Farallon
The beach area is just an hour and a half outside of Panama City and of all the choices for villas or condos, Playa Blanca was the prettiest and had the most to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The ocean views, the 17 acre swimming pool, soon to come restaurants and town center, and a lot more. It's only a short drive to mountain spots like El Valle where you can enjoy the cooler weather for hiking, horseback riding, bird watching, tree trekking, rafting, etc. It is all close by. And some of the better beach activities, including beach bars and restaurants are right there.
