Short walk to lifts. Three bedrooms, big living room. Great family condo.
Easy walk to West Wall and Peachtree lifts and ski school area. Roomy, comfortable living room so everyone can hang out together. Fully-equipped kitchen is open to dining and living rooms. Master bedroom (king-size bed with Swedish foam topper) and bath with Jacuzzi tub on main level. Full bath and two bedrooms upstairs, one with king-size bed, the other with two sets of bunks and a full-size sofa sleeper (perfect room for the kids). Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Can be rented as a one or two bedroom unit.
Living room features a gas fireplace, TV, stereo system (receiver, CD changer, audio cassette deck, front receiver jacks for iPod dock) and opens onto a sunny enclosed deck with bistro table and chairs that’s useable year around. Dining room table seats up to eight, three more at breakfast bar. Fun décor throughout. TV in master bedroom and bunk room. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area.
Building amenities include wireless Internet, ski closet adjacent to unit, community hot tub and gas barbeque grill on deck with sweeping view. Free shuttle bus stops in front of building from early morning through late evening accessing Mt. Crested Butte village (base area lifts, ticket office, ski shops and restaurants) and circulates through downtown Crested Butte.

Why the Owner Chose Mt. Crested Butte
When we first saw this condo we knew it would be a great place to entertain our friends and our nieces and nephews (and their kids). We weren’t disappointed! Everyone loves being able to walk five minutes to the lifts, come back to the condo for lunch, be together in the living room, and cook hearty après ski dinners. The kids think the “bunkhouse” is cool (and the adults enjoy having them out from underfoot once in a while). We’ve created great memories here winter and summer, and we know you will, too.

We both grew up in Kansas (where the founders of the Crested Butte ski area came from). Steve has lived in Colorado Springs since 1973 and first skied at CB in 1978. Betty has been a Coloradoan since 1988. We try to ski CB 15-20 days a year. In the summer we enjoy hiking, walking (Betty), mountain biking (Steve) and just hanging out. Steve & Betty Haggart
