You will also be able to have access to all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Spacious kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, central island and a pantry. Huge built-in wall frig, 6-burner gas stovetop with oven below, separate wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink. The large center island has 2 additional frig drawers, separate prep sink and 4 bar stools for casual dining. Large pantry for grocery storage. French door off kitchen leads to quiet courtyard between house and carriage house. Elegant dining table seats 10 people. French doors from kitchen and dining areas lead to a side porch outfitted with 4 Adirondack chairs – perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Huge living room has 2 large sofas, 2 coffee tables, 4 plush side chairs, 4 side tables, 4 lamps, desk, LCD TV, DVD and stereo system. Powder room. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, hooks for beach towels. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in desk with chair, LCD TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Wireless router is located in this bedroom.

Second Floor: This floor offers 4 carpeted bedrooms - 2 king masters, a queen and a bunk. Large balcony off hallway overlooks the street. Main King Master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, LCD TV, bureau with mirror, armoire, closet and private bath with his/hers vanity sinks and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and wall jets. Private balcony off this bedroom has 2 loungers with table between and amazing gulf views. King Master #2 has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk with chair and lamp, chest of drawers, flat panel TV/DVD, closet and private bath with double vanity sink and large walk-in shower. Private porch off this bedroom has fabulous gulf views, shutters for privacy and a tall cocktail height table with 2 tall chairs. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire, LCD TV, closet and shares a jack and jill bath with bunk room. Private to queen bedroom is a vanity sink with makeup area. Tub/shower and toilet are shared. Bunk bedroom has 2 twins plus a twin trundle, LCD TV, and a private vanity sink area that adjoins the shared bath.

Third Floor: Entire floor is open with seating area, kitchen, game/dining area and is considered to be a 6th bedroom. Twin daybed with twin trundle. Carpeted seating/sleeping area has large sectional sofa has queen pull out sofa, 3 bean bag chairs, lamp, coffee table, 52” LCD TV, DVD and stereo. Powder room for convenience. Morning kitchen has bar with 4 barstools, dishwasher, microwave, ice machine, mini fridge and sink. Dining/card table has 4 chairs and an additional wall-mounted TV. French doors to balcony with teak table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining – fabulous gulf views and panoramic Rosemary Beach views above the roof tops.

Outside: Quiet courtyard has soothing bubbling fountain, teak table with 2 chairs, gas grill and gate to one of Rosemary’s private pathways to the beach just 110 walking steps away. Outdoor shower with stall for privacy. Parking for 3 cars in driveway (will have to share space with carriage house guests). Parking for 2 more cars on parking pad in front of house.

Nageotte Carriage House is rented separately and can be combined with the main house to create a family retreat with a total sleeping capacity of 19 people.
