This is a 1,000 square foot fully furnished townhouse with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, half bath and porch on the first floor. The second floor has a large master bedroom (with king size bed) with a full bath and also another nice-sized bedroom. A second full bath is located on the floor as well. Trust me, you will love the view as much as the townhouse.
The townhouse is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Many stores and restaurants including Publix grocery store, Wal-Mart, Blockbuster are very close on the next street over.
Rent includes all utilities, water, condo fees, electric, cable and wireless internet.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Harbor
The Tampa/Clearwater area is wonderful. I started traveling to Clearwater Beach a few years ago on family vacations. The last few years I traveled to the area for business. This is God's country and the beaches are so wonderful!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Probably the best thing I like is the quietness of the unit. There is a nature preserve in the back and a nice pond in the front. The location is very peaceful and beautiful. Parking is right in front of the townhouse and easy to access. The unit is very clean, comfortable and you will enjoy your stay. The complex has a large pool, club house, shuffle board and even a playground for the kids.
