This unit has the best view in the desert; acres of emerald grass on the course; lovely trees and landscape and the full range of the San Jacinto mountains. Coral sunrises reflect from these rocky peaks, and the sun sets in glorious color behind them The view looks West. Upscale and modern furniture, very comfortable and quiet, the pool and jacuzzi are steps away and very private as well.
Two bedrooms, the master has a new wall-mount flatscreen 40 inch television and the kitchen is a gourmet center for entertaining. Begin the day on the course, or with breakfast on the sidewalk patio of the Daily Grill, wander on El Paseo; shopping in the elegant shops or art galleries, then return for a refreshing swim or jacuzzi before dinner on your private terrace as the sun sets behind the majestic San Jacinto range.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Hills Country Club
Mission Hills is gorgeous. 15 minutes to/from the airport and the most elegant country club with exceptional views and landscape. I am a designer and enjoyed upgrading and improving this property; plus the club has wonderful dining and golf; and there is a great deal of excitement during the tournaments of golf and tennis; it is a world-renowned club. Shopping is close, hundreds of restaurants and theatre is nearby. Mission Hills is the heart of the desert; with easy access to both Palm Springs and to the newer areas at PGA/La Quinta.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views from all the rooms are onto the manicured mature landscape of Mission Hills. Staying here is restful and beautiful for a morning walk or evening bike ride; the gated community is protected and not heavily trafficked. It is refreshing to have morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the elegant patio and see the rich green fairways ending in the majestic mountains. Pool and Jacuzzi are steps away, secluded, private and very well maintained. It is the most relaxing vacation; the desert has a mood and peace of it's own.

Love the desert and the location of Mission Hills CC; central to all activity in valley. Farmers and street markets each weekend and on Thursday nights in season. We live in San Diego and visit the desert often.
