It is our goal to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. We have made every effort to make this your “beach home” away from home. Below is information to help make your stay an enjoyable one.

The address is 10519 Front Beach Road, Unit 1003, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407. The phone number at the unit is 850-636-3088.

For your convenience, there is unlimited local phone service and expanded basic cable. There is a 42" flat screen TV and DVD in the living room and a 37" flat screen TV and DVD in master bedroom for your enjoyment. The unit offers a washer and dryer, bunk beds, pull out couch, king bed in master bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Upon your arrival, the following items are provided for you: fresh linens (blankets, sheets, pillows) for the master bedroom, bunk beds and sofa bed; fresh towels (bath, hand, face) for the two bathrooms; and mini-supplies of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, clothes softener, trash can liners coffee, creamer and sugar. If any of these items are not present in the condo when you arrive, please contact Waterstone Resorts Management and they will provide these items for you.

The condo has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. If it does not meet with your approval, please contact Waterstone Resorts Management for assistance.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental at the beach. The prices vary; please see the attendant on the beach for further information.

If you have forgotten any of the goodies needed for your time at the beach such as beach towels, floats, sand pails, etc. visit Shipwreck Shirts across the street. They have a wide assortment of items – and the prices are reasonable.

Attractions within a mile from the condo include Putt-putt golf, arcades, go-carts, amusement rides, Rock it Lanes, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Parasailing, jet ski rentals and Shipwreck Island Water Park. Shell Island and St. Andrews State Park are less than 5 miles from the condo.
