The condo was wonderful for our family and perfect walking distance to everywhere.  We did everything and saw everything there was to do – a very satisfying trip. Our favorites are Frances Bay, Maho and Cinnamon. We loved Margarita Phil’s for dinner and Joe’s BBQ. Bad Kitty was a great water day trip.

We had a wonderful time at your lovely condo – beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Really, there was everything that we needed. Laurie was great – promptly greeting us at the dock. The outside deck was lovely for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.....watching the boats coming and going out of the harbor. We used the electric grill one evening for dinner but ate in the many restaurants nearby all the other nights. We had planned to visit the Baths by ferry but tales of high waves and son’s desire to go to the Soggy Dollar Bar ended up with an excursion on the Calypso sailboat to Jost Van Dyke. ($110 per person plus $30 custom fee ) well worth the expense....  Great trip and a beautiful day! Awesome week!

Awesome Condo on Cruz Bay

Our second visit to your beautiful condo. We again had a wonderful time. The location is great. Snorkeling at Leinster Bay was awesome; Lime Inn is still our favorite restaurant on the island. Hope to return soon.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo is beautiful and a great location! You can walk to everything, although we enjoyed renting a car for a few days and exploring the island. Great smoothies at Colombo’s and free rum. Watch for goats and donkeys on the road, especially at the east end of the island. We enjoyed Jumbie Bay and Solomon Bay – not very crowded. We also enjoyed the Banana Deck and Ocean Grill for dinner and Joe’s Rum Bar and the Beach Bar for happy hour. We did the Bad Kitty trip, which was great and we saw a lot in one day! We had a great time and can’t wait to return. Thank you for all the great recommendations

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here with our two grown children and initially wondered whether the space would be "big" enough for four personalities. No problem! The kitchen is stocked with a range of pots and pans, a stainless collander, a fridge with ice maker, and a set of knives, so they made grouper ceviche and a salad of island greens (Starfish market) as a sweet dinner for us which we ate on the wrap around balcony. For a reasonable fee, you can order provisions in advance, and we did to cover breakfast and drinks after a late arrival on a holiday. So the kitchen was important to us. But the really stunning feature of these accommodations among a host of wonderful features is the balcony and its sight lines. We lived on that balcony! It was a place to watch the sun hit the clouds in the east and looking out the opposite direction, we could see it tinge the western clouds at sunset. That's the view for seeing the ferry and sailboats enter the harbor. We could hear music until 4 a.m. (New Year's Eve only) in the town and watch the cars and people at the Dolphin grocery market (within walking distance and well-stocked with everything). We had breakfast, late afternoon rum drinks, and late night conversations out on that stunning balcony. It was amusing one night to hear the collective sigh that went up downtown when the electricity went off in Cruz Bay, not an unusual occurrence but not a frequent one either. We heard it all from the balcony--tree frogs, a pair of parrots, and reggae. On our last day it rained briefly in the morning, so we saw at first a single rainbow and then a double rainbow straddling Cruz Bay--a fitting last blessing for a wonderful stay. We found these other amenities: Helpful literature, TV/DVD (should you need it) in two locations, a washer/dryer HE that comes in handy after snorkeling. The beds are quite comfortable, and circulating fans kept air flowing. Decorations are tasteful island style with lots of local art plus this fitting reminder on a tile: "Please conserve water" (since St. John gets all its water from 50" annual rainfall stored in cisterns). The 24/7 Grande Bay office made it possible for us to print out our boarding passes. La Plancha del Mar, Rhumb Lines, and for island comfort food So Go's were restaurant favorites. Take the $1 bus to Salt Pond for a roller coaster ride and stunning snorkeling. Or engage a taxi to pick you up after snorkeling Waterlemon Cay and seeing Annaberg ruins.

Our recent visit to St. John was one of the best we have had to date! We were there the last week of August for 10 nights and stayed in this lovely condo! This was our 4th visit to St. John and our 4th condo. I can honestly say, we will never search for another place to stay on this island...this unit has everything! The view from the deck is outstanding...we watched the ferries, we watched the sailboats, but best of all, we watched the sunsets during our very own "happy hour" every night. The deck is the true selling point to this unit and it doesn't get much better than this! I must admit, the central air was also an added benefit to a long hot day at the beach! I HIGHLY recommend this condo. The owner, Anna May, has been a true delight to deal with and trust me from experience, this is one of best places on the island! We have already reserved our stay there next year for a good friends wedding!

We had a wonderful time in St.John! Your condo is perfect! So beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed for our stay. Beach towels beach chairs and 'noodles' were great for the beaches.We used the blender every night and drank pina colodas while we sat on our balcony watching the sunset. We normally got carry out and ate almost every night on our balcony. Condo complex brand new, great out door pool and grounds well kept. Condo unit super clean! Bed very comfortable. The entire condo unit was gorgeous! Great decorating! Perfect condo in a central location in main town, perfect balcony with beautiful sunsets by the harbor and wonderful beaches! We would definitely recommend this condo to all of our family and friends.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!! We loved everything about it, especially the best parking spot on the island!! The views are incredible and the sunsets spectacular. We visited a new beach every day and saw some amazing sea turtles, sting rays and many beautiful fish on our snorkeling adventures. On our last day we rented a dinghy and had a glorious day on the ocean. We loved your condo and all its furnishings. It is truly beautiful but yet extremely comfortable at the same time. Thanks again!

We loved your condo and had a wonderful relaxing vacation in beautiful St. John. What a perfect and convenient location, such an easy walk to all parts of town and close enough not only to enjoy the sights and sounds, but also be tempted by the aroma of Uncle Joe's BBQ!!! We started and finished every day on the balcony enjoying the amazing views over coffee & cocktails. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we hope to return again next year.

Your condo is lovely and we enjoyed eating on the balcony every day. Our hardest decision was which beach to go to - and the day it "rained" we went to the other side of the island, where it was not rainy at all. We have only one problem - we would like to move in and spend the winter here! We do not want to go home to the snow and cold.

This condo with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay is ideally situated, central to all the delights of Cruz Bay and only a short walk from some of the best beaches on the Island. To get to Coral Bay area you just hop on a bus or grab a taxi. The National Park Center is right there and ferries leave from a nearby dock for other destinations, should you for some strange reason what to leave St. John. The condo itself has all the creature comforts you can imagine. The convertible beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the terrace the perfect place to catch the sunset and a rum punch at the end of a perfect day.

Location, Location, Location!

My husband and I recently stayed at this fabulous condo for our anniversary. We have stayed at many properties on STJ and found this to be one of our favorites. The location in town is spectacular! You can walk into town to shop, have happy hour (Woody's, Beach Bar, High Tide) and then head to dinner. Morgan's Mango, LaTapa and the Waterfront Bistro to name a few. Most nights after dinner was spent on the balcony with its amazing views. We wanted for nothing at this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities of your own home. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great romantic getaway. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, our two-week stay on St. John is over. We had a wonderful vacation, and our first time being on the island and using VRBO was an awesome experience. We couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations. Your condo is awesome - so roomy and so nicely decorated, and we loved the super convenient parking. The balcony - maybe the best part - so big, beautiful, and what a view! Your information binder was very helpful. We took advantage of the Tuesday lobster night at Morgan's Mango - twice! Might not have known about it if you hadn't made a note of it in the binder. We also thank you for always answering our emails and phone calls so promptly. What a pleasure to deal with people like you. Steve was also very nice and helpful. We'll be sure to tell our friends what a great time we had, and what a great place we stayed!

Your beautiful condo is such a wonderful place, and the location is the best! It was so nice to walk to get meals, and, of course, drinks! I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else in St. John (-: We had a wonderful time eating and exploring all of the wonderful beaches St. John has to offer. We really appreciate the white binder with suggestions for beaches and food. Very helpful!

We had a WONDERFUL time in St. John! Your unit is so nice, well furnished, and the location can't be beat. The beds were very comfortable and we actually cooked dinner twice. The only items I feel you are missing in the kitchen is a good wooden spoon for cooking and a pair of tongs. We cooked bacon/eggs just about every morning! Our son loved the sofa bed and the jeep! He really enjoyed the island and had his first "virgin" Painkiller! We met some other families also staying in Grande Bay and had some nice conversations at the pool/Beach Bar with them. The weather was hazy/overcast for much of our stay, but the temp was good much of the week! There seemed to be a lot of people on island too, which is good, but I'm not used to seeing so many on the beach. Steve is GREAT and we actually ran into him late one afternoon at Mongoose Junction. He looks just like Tony Danza from "Who's the Boss!" LOL! Enjoyed a beer with him and his wife. Again, thanks for having us and I hope we'll be back within the next year or so! Wish it could be sooner though!

This is the best condo in the complex (location, view, and patio). The description and pictures are accurate. It you want to be near Cruz Bay, this is your best choice. The pool, gym and grounds are clean and beautiful. I will go back and do highly recommend the complex and this unit.

I've been meaning let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your place. An acquaintance tells me that she has booked it for 5 nights in June - I expect she will enjoy it every bit as much as we did. Steve was great - took care of us nicely. Excellent condo. Beautiful views from well furnished porch. Great location---very short walk to shops & fine restaurants & a leisurely hike to several exquisite beaches & snorkeling. We absolutely loved our stay in this unit---so clean & superbly equipped. This was our 10th visit to St. John & this condo made it our BEST visit. We cannot wait to return next year---hopefully for 2 weeks instead of 11 days like this time!
