Lahaina Shores is located on the famed "Front Street" and on the beach on the West Side of Maui Island. The architecture is a " seven story plantation style building". It has 199 units and was built in conjunction with 505 Front Street Shops and Restaurants. It opened in 1974 and the exteriror of the building was renovated and completed at the end of February 2010. Renovations to the lobby were completed in 2006.
Lahaina Shores is just three block away from the center of Lahaina Town and the huge Bayan Tree planted in 1848. There is no need to look for a parking place, it's a short ,walking distance from the property. The front desk is 24/7 with security in the evening hours. You can pay for parking at $3.50 a day either on the top lot if available or next door in an underground garage.
Unit 101 is a one bedroom, one bath, ground floor located on the southwest corner of the building. Around the corner are the gas Barbeque grills, but other than that, foot traffic is minimal because it's on the end. It is the only one bedroom on the ground floor that the bedroom faces the ocean. The unit has tile throughout and has central air conditioning. A complimentary safe that can fit most laptops is provided as well as free high speed internet access. A king size bed is in a separate bedroom and a queen size sofa-hide-a-bed in the living room.
It has a full size kitchen with refrigerator, radiant top stove, and microwave. Dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans are all there ready for you to cook that delicious meal. Major grocery stores are within a mile and a half away. Whaler's General Store in next door at 505 Shops and Restaurants. Eating out all the time is fun, but can get expensive. To cook or not to cook. It's all up to you. Two new flat screen televisions were just added in the living room and bedroom.
Minimum night stay is 4 nights. A $300.00 deposit is required after a confirmed booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled prior to 30 days arrival will receive the deposit back less $100.00. Reservations canceled with 30 days will receive all money paid less $300.00. No shows will not receive any money returned. Cancellations after arrival date may result in no refund unless the space is resold.

It was purchased because of it's location. It's one of the few places on Maui where you can see all three islands of Kahoolawe, Lanai and Molokai. Plus you can walk to many places in Lahaina and don't need a car.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The property is beachfront with nothing but a few coconut trees and lawn between the units and the beach, less than 50'. The sound of the waves lulls you to sleep at night. Unit 101 is on the southwest corner of the building, meaning less walking traffic around the unit. It's peaceful and quiet and without the hustle and bustle of a mega resort.

We and our niece had a great/relaxing stay in Maui and truly enjoyed your condominium. The location is very convenient (walking distance to Lahaina and short drive to many beautiful beaches). Quiet, ground floor corner unit. Beautifully furnished. Boogie boards and folding chairs available to use at the beach. Just a few steps out of the lanai offers a view of a spectacular Maui sunset. Winston was very helpful and made the reservation process go smoothly.

I feel like I can't say enough good things about this condo and location! First, thank you Winston for your hospitality, right from my initial inquiry to check-out was a wonderful experience. Then there's the condo, much more spacious then we thought, and very clean and well-equipped. My husband, myself and our two little ones (3 and 1yr) had more than enough room. Being able to walk out onto the Lanai and grassy area was perfect for us with the two young kids, and walking right down to the pool or beach, as well as sitting on the Lanai after the kids were in bed and listening to the waves crash on shore... what could be more perfect!! Then there's the location! Every morning we would walk into town to grab a coffee and stroll down the street, then after basking in some sun by the pool or beach we would walk into town again for dinner and to check out the little shops. The food in Lahaina is amazing! Overall a wonderful experience and vacation from start to finish! Very sad to come home but will definitely be back! Mahalo Winston!

My husband, best friend and I want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was wonderful to just sit and watch the boats coming and going and feel the beautiful breezes as we relaxed and even made friends with nice families that were staying in the two condos down from ours. Our condo was so inviting that there were times we preferred to just stay in cook and then watch the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai. We were able to walk on the beaches, and even walked to the wedding that we came to Maui for. All of the restaurants near our condo had wonderful food and the employees of these establishments made us feel very welcome. I am glad we had the opportunity to meet with you and it was very evident that you cared if our needs were met. Thanks for dropping by and talking with us. We have recommended your condo to friends that are traveling to Maui soon and we plan to be back next year, and we will definitely make our arrangements to stay in your condo. Thanks again for helping us to have the best vacation ever. I can't thank you enough for making our stay in Maui so comfortable and inviting! My favorite parts about staying in your condo would be waking up and viewing the ocean in bed, sipping my coffee while watching the ocean on the lanai, feeling safe allowing my 6 and 9 year olds to play in the reef protected ocean water, watching my kids run around the grass in front of the condo while we grilled steaks on the bbq, sipping Mai Tais as the sun goes down, walking to Kimos in 5 min. to enjoy some Hula Pie, having a seperate sleeping area from my chilren, relaxing in the hot tub just 20-30 feet away from the condo, cooling off in the equally close pool. Ahhh...all of this talk is making me want to book another trip over! Thank you again for answering all of our questions and being so patient with me! I appreciated the excellent customer service I received from the time I began researching to check-out! Mahalo!!!

The condo was very clean with tropical decor and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I loved that the unit had 2 lanai's (one off the living room, one off the bedroom) looking right out over the ocean and palm trees. Since the unit is at the end of the building, you don't have people walking by your door so it is very private. I also loved being able to just step out my door to go to the beach, pool or hot tub and not have to go up and down an elevater everytime I forgot something. It is very conveniently located to everything.

This was an excellent experience. The condo was clean and nicely outfitted, and the building staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location to do almost anything. Little store just right next door. Location, location and location!
