My husband and I moved to Kauai from Maui in 2005. We purchased our condo at The Plantation so we would have a place to live while we were waiting for another condo to be built. The Plantation is a unique complex in Princeville and has the best amenities for its owners and visitors. Why the Owner Chose Plantation at Princeville
We chose to buy this condo because of its location in Princeville. The Princeville Center which includes the library, bank, post office, grocery store, restaurants and shops are all within an easy walking distance, as well as several great beaches. Plus, it is the only condo complex with a complete exercise room for those liquid sunshine days.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Again, the exercise room is unique and under-utilized. This property has a full-time resident manager, lush landscaping, friendly residents, and the condo is located in the inner circle so it quiet for sleeping or reading on the lanai. It is on the second floor and is an end unit so has a a view of part of the mountain range with Bali Hai and the pool area. Although there is air conditioning in the master bedroom and great room, there is no need to use it because of the cooling trade winds.
