Welcome to "Florida's Friendliest Home Town". If you've never been to The Villages before, you're in for a real treat. If you are a returning guest, welcome back! The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in our two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of, or need, is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 90 miles from Daytona Beach, and 45 miles from Orlando.
This is a tastefully decorated, fully furnished, courtyard villa. It has two bedrooms, two baths, 1 1/2 car garage which includes a golf cart, an open patio area, a screened lanai with a barbeque grill and a beautifully landscaped and private courtyard area. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Savannah Regional Recreation and Performing Arts Center which also has a sports swimming pool. The Glenview Country Club and Tennis facility are also within walking distance. The Santiago Rec Center which has a family swimming pool and two executive golf courses is just a short golf cart ride away. The Spanish Springs Town Square is about a 15 minute golf cart ride and Sumter Landing Town Square just slightly further. This location is convenient to everything!
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the privacy of your own courtyard. Play nine of 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the country club. Relax in one of the more than 50 swimming pools and then head down to the town square for live music/dancing every night of the week. Dine in one of the nine country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the many great restaurants on the Town Squares.
After dinner, take in a movie at one of our two beautiful movie theaters or head over to Katie Belle's for some late night live entertainment and dancing. Participate in one of the over 500 free clubs and activities that are offered each week. YOU WILL TRULY ENJOY YOUR STAY IN THE VILLAGES!!
