Southampton Village is a 5 minute drive away and the famous Flying Point beach on the Atlantic Ocean is a 10 minute drive (bypassing rt 27). Sag Harbor is only 6 miles down Noyac Road. It is easy access from Manhattan by avoiding most of route 27 traffic.
