Why the Owner Chose TidewaterWe chose the Tidewater because of all its amenities and its great location to everything in Orange Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoThe unit is located on the first floor for easy accessibility via stairs or elevator. The view from our balcony of the pool and the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico is absolutely beautiful. The complex is across the street from the Zeke's marina where some of the best fishing charters in the area can be taken.
Waterway for boats to Gulf of Mexico, great fishing area.
Tacky Jacks is a restaurant and Lounge over water, Happy Harbor is also a restaurant and lounge with a boat rental facility.
Shopping Center on Intercoastal Waterway with many restaurants and amphitheater for concerts

My husband and I are originally from Tennessee. We moved to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 6 years ago after vacationing here for over 15 years. We loved the area so much that we even got married and spent our honeymoon in Gulf Shores. With the white sandy beaches, fishing, boating, golf, and family atmosphere, Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is the perfect place to vacation.

What a great vacation and the condo was perfect for our family - just the right size for us. The kids (ages 3 & 6) loved the bunk beds. I loved having a full size washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely view of the Gulf. The 2nd floor location (1st floor of condos) was perfect - we could use the stairs or take the elevator. Both the condo and the pool area were very clean. The owners were very easy to work with. We'll definitely stay here for our next Orange Beach vacation!

Because it was on the first floor of rooms (one floor above ground level), you could use the steps (avoiding the elevator) but still had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The unit was freshly painted, very clean and well maintained. It was well furnished with cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The Tidewater is in a good location, close to many restaurants and groceries. It is also smaller than many of the huge complexes, making the beach/pool less crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a super week in Orange Beach! This condo fit our every need. Our four year old son loved the bunk bed, the pools, and the balcony! We loved that the room was clean, comfy, and so well equipped. We were NEVER in need of anything. The location was great as it is close to Wal-Mart, many restaurants, and Zeke's Marina across the street! The beach is beautiful and the boardwalk is well maintained. We recommend going to the Naval Air Station Museum in Pensacola. The Blue Angels were amazing! We hope to be back soon to make more great memories!

As the tiltle states, this condo is in a great location. Just a few blocks from the expressway which makes getting in and out of Orange Beach much quicker. The Tidewater has everything you would expect and the elevator wait time was good. The room itself was very clean and nice with plenty of room for up to 4 people. I love the first or second floor, this room is on the first with the best view of the pool and a great view of the beach. I would recommend it to any family looking for a cozy, safe, and fun vacation. I have stayed at several condos in this area and would rate this one at an economical 9+.

Had a wonderful time in Orange Beach with 2 of our grandchildren (ages 5 & 13). Our condo was very accomodating, clean & secure. It was a very easy access to the outdoor & indoor pools with a beautiful view of the beach (also easy access). The condo was in close proximaty to shopping, the marinas we used for dolphin sightseeing and our deep sea fishing trip, but also in a peaceful area. We were also close to Pensacola and went to the Navy base and watched the Blue Angels. It was a great week and we look forward to returning.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The condo was even better than described in on the web page. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I think the location is ideal for a short or long getaway. Hope to be able to return next year but we will stay longer next time.
