Our Clean, Quiet, and relaxing home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It is seated on a large lot with great neighbors and plenty of beautifully landscaped yard. Enjoy delicious Fresh Grapefruit from the large grapefruit tree that is located right on the property. Everything you need for a relaxing home away from home vacation including a south facing electric heated pool that offers all the sunshine you will need while swimming or just relaxing by the poolside. The home is furnished with clean bright flooring, wall coverings and Floridian style furniture.
The Family/TV room features a large TV, VCR, and DVD Player for your entertainment.
With a beautiful dining room and sitting room, our waterside home offers relaxation and gorgeous sunsets on the pool deck. The private master suite includes a King bed, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, a large walk-in shower, and direct access to the Pool area through the large sliding glass patio doors. The Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a full bath with direct access to the Pool/Patio area. A Washer and Dryer are also available for your use while you stay.
This is a very quiet and Clean neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home. The villa is located near many restaurants for both casual and fine dining. Other amenities and attractions include grocery stores within 2 miles, video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches, fishing, boat rentals, bike trails (2 bikes provided) and movie theaters within 10 miles. The nearby park offers a large child playground, tennis courts, bike/walking paths, and a large pavilion and picnic area.
If you enjoy Golfing, There are many nearby courses to choose from(one of which is located directly across the street)
