Located just across highway 40 from the Winter Park resort, you can enjoy the privacy of your own townhouse and hot tub in the exclusive Lakota neighborhood, while being only minutes from skiing, hiking and the numerous attractions of Winter Park.
The spacious 1800 square foot townhouse has 3 large bedrooms and is perfect for one or two families. Tastefully furnished, you are sure to have a wonderful holiday whether relaxing in the outdoor private hot tub, grilling on the deck or taking in the spectacular views of the mountains and ski slopes.
Spread out across three levels, on the main floor is the living/dining area with its magnificent mountain views, gas fireplace and deck with private hot tub. The well appointed kitchen with granite counter top and breakfast bar is sure to make you feel right at home. You’ll also find the luxurious master suite with a king size bed, and large bath, including jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks. There is also a half bath.
Proceeding up the stairs, you’ll discover two well decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom. Choose between a queen size bed in one, and a bunk bed (full bed + twin) in the other, Our home will comfortably sleep 9 including the sleeper sofa in the living room.
On the ground floor is a complete laundry room, and your private garage.
Close to everything! Two minute drive to Winter Park Base Area, select free shuttle to skiing, or a short 8 minute walk. Shuttle to town is a 5 minute walk. We can also arrange for discounted ski rentals and free parking at the ski rental location which is just across the street from a shuttle bus stop.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals (pots/pans, dishes, appliances etc.). The layout was perfect for our family of 5 but could have easily accomadated more. We had plenty of room! The location is excellent-right across from the slopes. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to queastions. She was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Winter Park!

We stayed at this townhouse in March 2011, and can't wait to go back! It was by far the nicest place we've stayed in Winter Park. Everything was just like the pictures. I'm a clean-freak, and this place was spotless. Everything was in excellent condition, and was fully equipped. The location was excellent and the view was great. We had four adults and two four year old kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was also very quiet, which was nice. The owners were very helpful answering any questions (promptly) and also recommended a place to rent skis. We found the ski rental place to be great. I can't say enough positive things about this townhouse, and I don't have anything negative to say at all. LOVED IT!

We could not have asked for more perfect skiing accomodations! This home was designed with a large family in mind, with ample space for a family of 5. The house is furnished with anything you could need, from the large, relaxing hot tub, to tons of space for your ski gear, to every kitchen tool or appliance you can imagine. The decorating is upscale, yet warm and cozy. The heated floors were luxurious, and bedroom and bathrooms large and comfortable. Location is unbeatable, with beautiful views of the slopes. We would recommend this home to any of our friends, and would definitely love to stay here again.

The perfect place for a perfect vacation! Everything you could want or need all wrapped up in one package. BBQ and hot tub on the deck while enjoying the view of Winter Park and Mary Jane. Close to all the area has to offer...hike, bike, horseback ride, dine, shop, etc...it is all here. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to try out the Winter Park Adventure Park (summer family fun), JIm Creek Trail Hike (moose sighting), Snow Mountain Ranch (horseback riding), Scoops (ice cream), Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park (views you won't forget) and so much more.

We stayed in this immaculate home in July 2010. The home was everything we expected, there was even a welcome basket of goodies upon our arrival. The view of Mary Jane was perfect and the hot tub amazing at night. The home has everything, just unpack and you will feel right at home. David & Christy Williams, Florida.
