Charming, historic, and upscale Healdsburg is only minutes away, from this serene and spacious 2000+ square foot, single-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath ‘home away from home’. There is central heat and air conditioning and sleeps up to 8 (6 in the 3 bedrooms and another 2 when using both sleeper sofas). Follow the drive up to the home and the ‘back’ courtyard, covered porch, and main entry await.
Come on in and the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen "greets" you and is sure to please the "chef" of your group. All new stainless steel appliances include a GE Profile gas 4-burner range, side-by-side fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, and heavy-duty dishwasher. With plenty of workspace for your culinary creations, the lovely CaesarStone countertops are accented by stone backsplash and a pass through to the Great Room, with countertop and stools, providing an open and airy feel.
To the right of the kitchen is a full bath and laundry room, just beyond enter the large bonus room with 10’ ceilings, tile floors, and a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, The bonus room is its own "retreat" inside the home, with entertainment provided by a 52” HD Plasma TV and is also a great separate space for the younger generation to enjoy. The kitchen opens to the Great Room with cathedral ceilings and newly refinished white oak hardwood floors. The dining area is furnished with a lovely farmhouse table which seats 8, a side serving table, and a slider to the side patio with an outdoor table and chairs for 4 and a new stainless steel Weber grill.
Providing "forever" views, two large floor to ceiling windows bring the splendor of nature inside the Great Room - which is also accented by a tiled gas log fireplace with an ironstone mantle. The Great Rooms' family/entertainment area is furnished with a leather sleeper sofa (full size), loveseat, and chair with ottoman. For your entertainment pleasure a 52” HD Plasma TV with a Blue-ray DVD/CD player and a wonderful surround sound system are provided.
Down the hallway on the left is the first bedroom with a queen bed, luscious linens and bedding. There is a beautiful ceiling fan/light combo, a small sofa, and a slider with vertical blinds, opening to the back covered porch.
The private master suite is to the far right with a king bed, lovely bedding, ceiling fan/light combo, 32” LCD TV, a lovely en-suite bath, and a slider with vertical blinds opening to a side patio with 2 chairs and side table. A third (shared) full bathroom with a tub/shower combo separates the master bedroom from the third bedroom further down the hallway, to the left rear of the home, which is also graced with a queen bed, luscious linens, and a ceiling fan/light combo.
The outdoor amenities of this special, secluded, two acre hilltop retreat are abundant and include the large back covered porch with entry, 3 ceiling fans, and a seating area. There are also 2 side patios with seating areas, and a wonderful large front patio with stunning views of vineyards and the Dry Creek Valley foothills. The front patio features a new 6 person hydrotherapy spa, a stone gas fire pit, an outdoor table for 8 with umbrella, and 2 lounge chairs for your outdoor entertaining and enjoyment.

What a nice hidden gem in the Healdsburg/Dry Creek Valley area!!

Traveling to the wine country every year for vacation has been an annual tradition. Picking out the location is usually tricky when you have others traveling and relying on you to gather the information and make the decision. In the past, In the past, I've used another property management company in the Healdsburg area with less than stellar results for the last 2 visits. I decided to give Healdsburg Vacation Homes a try and I'm glad I did! The staff listened to my requests and requirements and offered several options. Bella Vista Hilltop was recommended and eventually selected. It's one of those nestled gems in the Healdsburg area nearby the Dry Creek Valley area and downtown Healdsburg with quick access to Hwy 101. The bedrooms were laid out nicely with a separate bathroom for each. There is more than sufficient natural light and spectacular views! If you plan to do any cooking, the kitchen has upscale cookware. Also, the Healdsburg Vacation Homes staff provided some nice "welcome" goodies in the refrigerator! The only negative thing I can mention would be some of the clocks within the house needed their batteries replaced. However, we were on vacation and not really watching the time. I reported this after we checked out and was told they would replace those batteries. Overall, Healdsburg Vacation Homes has earned my business and the Bella Vista Hilltop Retreat would definitely be a place I'd return to without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. 3 couples stayed comfortably in the 3 bedroom, 3 bath house. We enjoyed the spectacular sunrises on the patio, overlooking vineyards and the rolling hills. The house was very clean. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen with upgraded appliances and eating breakfast at the large dining room table while overlooking the vineyards. This was our first annual Sonoma/Napa trip. We will be back next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The view out of the 2 enormous picture windows is even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen's amenities were the best we've encountered in numerous rentals. We also really liked the touch of supplying toiletries in the bathrooms! We will definitely contact Healdsburg Vacation Homes again next time we are in the Healdsburg area.

We just returned from a 50th birthday celebration with 5 women...this house was perfect for us. Close to town but yet amongst the vineyards. Stunning views and very relaxing home. It was very big...the bonus room didn't even get used by us. Kitchen is well stocked, there were lots of towels and bedding and blankets, very clean, beds were comfy. The first night we drove there in the dark and thought it was "far away" but the next morning we realized we were less than 2 minutes to Ridge Winery and maybe 5 easy minutes to town. We had a perfect time.

Such a relaxing, peaceful home. The beds and linens were amazing, nicely furnished, close to our favorite winery Passalaqua. We had our dog and she was so content to sit on the patio all day and just look out at the beautiful view with us! Also great places to walk her...we got lots of exercise. Kitchen well equipped and we cooked most meals there as we loved eating out on the patio. Burn pit was great in the evenings and for early morning coffee.
