Enjoy peaceful privacy among the palms or in the pool in your own lush 1/2 acre desert retreat. 1900 hundred square foot house is bright and light with glass sliding doors over looking the pool. Will heat the pool in the winter months. No hot tub. Main house has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Master with king size bed and attached bathroom with bathtub. Second bedroom has 3 single beds with attached bathroom and shower only. Great for kids! Guest house has one bedroom with living area and kitchen. Sleeper couch in living room. Note: Garage is converted into play room. Can be used for more sleeping room. Separates the main from guest house. Sunny living room with dining area and bar. Wood burning fireplace.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware. All bedrooms supplied with sheets. TVs in both bedrooms and a 50 inch in living room. Cable / DSL also available. DVD and stereo. Barbeque and horseshoe pit.
