    Dan, Just wanted to say that we had a blast in Telluride and the house was great, hope we can stay again soon. We also looked through your hiking book and decided to do Bear Creek Flats and Judd Weib (sp?)…amazing, thank you for the recommendations.     Hi Dan, Great place! We arrived Saturday as expected. You have a beautiful condo! We went on the 4 wheel adventure Saturday afternoon, hiked to Bridal Veil today from condo, tomorrow bike ride 17 miles, Wed kayaking and Friday fly fishing...ha. Fun filled. It is gorgeous here.     Hi Dan, Just wanted to give you a follow up email to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your place. The location is just perfect. We loved being right on the river and enjoyed people/dog watching. We hit all the shops and a few restaurants, rode the gondola and ate ice cream. It was a very quiet weekend in Telluride so no crowds at all to deal with. We hit Ouray on the way home Sunday and soaked in the hot springs for a couple hours as well. I left all the paperwork including check on the kitchen counter next to the parking permit. I assume Adriana was able to find it. Thanks again for everything. You have a special place and we'll be back! Martha

    Hi, Dan, Just wanted to let you know that everything in Telluride and at your condo is every bit as outstanding as advertised! Your detailed instructions/suggestions have been very helpful. Your hiking book with recommendations is great. We thouroughly enjoyed the Jud Wiebe hike and the Bridal Veil Falls hike. Had quite a bit of rain on Tuesday, but today was drop dead gorgeous all day. The town is a blast and the gondola is a fun way to get between towns. Just to let you know, the dishwasher needs repair. When we went to load some dishes into it yesterday my wife discovered the arm that sprays the water sitting loose in the top rack instead of at the bottom of the dishwasher. Looks like it got partly melted somehow. No big incovenience for us and I'm sorry if we caused, but I wanted to be sure you knew about it so it could be fixed. We hope to rent from you again some time in the future. Wish we has stayed longer, but we leave in the morning for 4 days in Durango, which I'm sure will also be great. Thanks for helping make our vacation memorable. Jim Hall

    Dan: We had a wonderful time in Telluride - the last few days were really good and they are still getting more snow this week! We really appreciate the use of your place there. It could not possibly be any more convenient and it was just the right size for the 3 of us. We returned the parking pass to the basket on the kitchen counter, put both keys in the lock box, took out the organic trash, turned down all heat (BTW - love the gas heaters - beautiful, clean, efficient, and they work VERY well), made sure all lights and appliances were off, etc. Next time we plan a trip to Telluride, we will certainly contact you first for accommodations! One question - many of our ski trips are made with another family requiring 3-4 bedrooms and baths; do you know if any of your immediate neighbors also lease their units? Thanks, again, Dan.     This rental was everything it said it was. Great location, no need for a car all week. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food marked just 2 small blocks away :-) Great directions and instructions. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we all had a great time and the accommodations worked out really well.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    While traveling to Telluride, we expected our condo to be nice but upon arrival, it exceded our expectations. A very clean and well kept home. There was plenty of room 2 bedroom and 2 full baths and most comfortable, with great decorating. Hot tub was always available. The views are fabulous! The condo location was a very short walk to main street, the park and the gondola. We found Telluride was a good jump point for side trips to Cortez, Durango and Silverton. "Telluride Outside Outfitters" gave us the opprortunity to travel a 4X4 up to the top of the moutain and to the old gold mines. FlyFishing guide was good, but water in June was high from snow run off. By the way, The Snow caps are breathtaking, the elk are numerous, and the hiking was most enjoyable. There was much to do, but you always had a very comfortable place to look forward to kicking off the shoes and relaxing.. We Highly recommend this rental property and it is very high on our list of great and memorable vacation experiences.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This was the best vacation that I have ever been on with my family! The comination of the friendly people, beautiful environment, fresh mountain air and 'just like home' abode made this vacation better than perfect! There is so much to do and see within walking distance. The smell of the sound and the clean refreshing breeze off of the creek made it easy to pop out of bed at 5am every morning, revitalized and eagar to endure another 8hour long hike, never taking the same step twice! I have never been in such a peaceful mental state, even with blisters on every inch of my feet. Belive me, you will not regret this enchanting escape from the 'real world'. The owners of this home couldn't be more accomadating either. If you get a chance, come during the Bluegrass Festival...what a blast, and only a few blocks away (or a tube ride down the creek if you dare)!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Had a fantastic skiing vacation. The condo was wonderful. Great location; easy access to the slopes and town. Owner did a super job in maintaining the property. Can't wait to return this winter.

    Our family had the most wonderful and memorable time in Teluride! Our condo, especially, was such a gem; it was charming, clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed to relax and cook meals-it even had a spiral staircase from the bedrooms down to the family room and kitchen! The condo was right next to a babbling brook, a beautiful walking path, and was nestled right in the foothills of the mountains. It was also within two blocks of Teluride's main street, which boasts a medley of rustic and lively restaurants, pubs, and shops. You'll definitely see us again soon! Thanks for everything.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
