Our villa is located near Disney at the wonderful, 24 hour gated Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee and is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa (sleeps 10) with a south facing pool.
The villa is recently upgraded. There is a 42" flat screen TV with HD cable, a PlayStation 3 for the kids, free wireless Internet, a new BBQ at the pool side, table tennis and more. Every bedroom has his own TV. There is a game room with table tennis.

We (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 10 days and we loved this place. The villa is luxury and very comfortable with a lot of space. Just fantastic. The villa is located in a quit and well maintained community. The attractions like Disney, Universal Studios and all the things you might need are very close. There is a 24 Wal-Mart nearby. We like to recommend this place to everybody and will come back again.

This is a great place to stay. We've been here for 2 weeks and everything in the villa looks like brand new. Everything was clean and we loved to play at the pool after a day in the Disney parks. We stayed with 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room for everybody. Will be back soon.

Just returned home from a week's stay at this beautiful villa. The pictures are just how the villa looks. There is a ping pong table, fishing poles, tennis rackets in the garage which were put to use by all of us who ranged from 20 to 55. Totally equipped with everything you need. The location is right off I-192 and very close to Medieval Times and a 15 - 20 minute drive to Disney World, Sea World, Universal, Epcot etc. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and of course Wal-Mart. The owners were prompt and friendly in their response. What I liked was that there were pictures of them in the house. It's nice to put a face to the name when you're means of communication is by email. I would recommend a stay in this beautiful villa!!!!

Had everything need for a weeks stay. Walmart was super convenient ,just a mile away, if that. The community was very clean and nice. Super close to the parks, 10 minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone, BAR NONE! We had an awesome stay:)

Our family of 6 from Connecticut stayed in this villa for 4 nights in March 2010. My husband was shocked at what I'd rented for $99 a night, he told me after arrival that he expected it to be shabby and worn, but he was so wrong! The villa is as beautiful as the photos show. Everything looks new and fresh, making you feel as if you're moving into a home that was just built for you. Two master suites came in handy for us, and we even had a bedroom left unused, the home was so big. Having a private pool was wonderful after the long busy days; I'm not sure I could stay anywhere again without one. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We had a full schedule but made sure to take a walk around the lake which is, indeed, a minute's walk away. The location is perfect. Medieval Times is at the corner, two minutes away. That main drag has groceries, take-out, department stores, pharmacies, whatever you need. Owner Rene was a delight to work with. She responded to all my questions quickly, and was pleasant and patient when I had to change plans twice. I had looked at hotels for two weeks before deciding to rent a villa, and then I looked at villas for another week before deciding on this one. I am very glad I took my time. My husband is still telling everyone how surprised he is that we got so much for our money. His one complaint about the trip was that I didn't leave enough down time to enjoy the villa more! Look no further, you will be happy staying here.
