What an amazing vacation. A truly beautiful unit in a first class resort. The unit was in impeccable condition and all imaginable amenities were provided. The floor plan was very spacious and the unit had all the fine touches to make you feel right at home. Everything was clean and neat and the oceanfront views were priceless. The location was perfect in the heart of Ocean City. Food, and shopping, and golf, were all extremely close. We can’t wait to be back. Definitely a unit everyone should visit when coming to Ocean City.

The accomodations were acceptable, but for the money, we had wall decorations falling off in the middle of the night. We contacted the desk first thing in the morning and then the woner charged us for their incompetance. You would think that for the amount of money we paid, things would stay where they were put. In addition to us being scared to death, we could have had someone really hurt by the falling debris!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! There are other places much less expensive with as nice or nicer accomodations.
Owner response:I have reviewed your feedback and am sorry to disagree with your assertions noted above. Your notes in our guestbook state how lovely our unit was. We pride ourselves on providing the most luxurious accommodations possible and go to great lengths to ensure that everything in our unit is maintained to like new status. Unlike other owners who use what I term "institutional maid services", that clean 4-5 units in the window between checkout and check-in, we utilize a private cleaning service that spends nearly the entire 5 hour period between guests, making sure that everything is perfect for the next guest. We also use a private maintenance technician for any touch up or service issues that may arise. I had several people involved in your case, from the GM of the entire complex, who graciously agreed to enter our unit when the agent called me upon your checkout to report the issue; (I understand from my cleaner that when they arrived to clean and inspect for damages, you and/or your guests had not vacated our unit prior to 10:00 AM as required and they were sent away). The GM recovered the corner mounted ceramic soap/shower caddy that had been pulled off the shower wall. Since this complex is only three years old and was built to the highest standards, I asked if she had seen anything like it occur in any other unit. She noted that although the soap caddies are installed in every unit in the building, NO ONE else had experienced issues with them whatsoever. Subsequently, I dispatched my private cleaning service to take photos and my maintenance technician to assess the situation, and make emergency repairs, removing the remaining sharp pieces of ceramic and the adhesive that previously held the fixture to the wall. I also contacted a ceramic tile expert and described the situation to him. The consensus among everyone involved is that contrary to your statement, the soap caddy could not simply fall off of the shower wall. They felt it had to have been pulled upon or leaned on with enough weight and/or pressure to cause this damage. The bottom line is that upon the arrival of you and your guests, there was no damage to our home, yet after your departure, I was left to deal with rather significant damage that you were responsible for. Yelling at my agent, and sending emails in attempt to deflect responsibility do not change the facts, nor your obligation to pay for damage caused by someone during your stay. Regards. Leroy Dixon

I have spent two vacations, four weeks, at this wonderful condo in Ocean City. It has every convenience you can think of and is located right on the beach. At your doorstep you have beach walking, shell hunting, swiming and everything the ocean provides. The condo is beautifully decorated as a seaside cottage and is very relaxing and immaculately maintained. The pictures do not do it justice as the rooms are spacious and the balconey overlooking the ocean is perfect. I am looking forward to returning there later this year. I know you will enjoy it. jacqueline callahan

Saw ponies at Assateague, made a fort on rainy days, saw a humpback whale, watched dolphins at sunset, collected seashells - had fun!

Got to take my grandson to see the ocean for his first time. We played on the sandbar in the afternoons, rode the "Duckaneer", ate lots of ice cream at Dumsers.

We got engaged!!! Such an exciting moment. We stayed during the storm that was never classified as a hurricane or tropical storm. Very exciting! The weather ruined his plans and the wind almost blew away his writing in the sand but it was wonderful!!
