This lovely 2 bed /2 bath condo is fully furnished with all modern appliances, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a/c, wet-bar, stereo, & big screen TV in living room. There is a sunny south facing patio with barbecue, as well as a private patio area off the bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms (King bed and TV in the Master bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second room). The property is located in the center of the Indian Wells Country Club resort, surrounded by a magnificent 36 hole championship golf course. You can walk to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, a world class tennis facility currently hosting the BNP Paribas Open. There is an 18 hole public golf course at Indian Wells Golf Club next to the Hyatt(just across Highway 111). The luxury shops, boutiques and fine dining of El Paseo and La Quinta are all a 5 minute drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Wells
Indian Wells Country Club, known as the "fun club of the desert", has the ideal location - close to both La Quinta and the fabulous shopping/entertainment district of El Paseo. Hosting its own 36 hole championship golf course, it was the original home to the Bob Hope Classic for over 40 years. It is also within walking distance (or a short drive) to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, which hosts the PNB Paribas Tennis Open every Spring. Monthly memberships are available. Close by are the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort Villas & Spa, the Miramonte Resort & Spa and the Renaissance Esmeralda - great for spa and fitness workouts, or fine dining.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The property has two patio areas that are bright and sunny, but also provide some shade. The front patio faces the mountains, and the back patio is enclosed and private. The unit is nicely furnished in a Tommy Bahamas desert style with a large screen TV, stereo and wet bar for entertaining. I love sitting out on the front patio, sipping our pre-dinner cocktails, while we contemplate what to barbecue for dinner. We can observe the activities in the salt water pool from our lounge chairs, as we watch the setting sun create beautiful shadows on the lush Santa Rosa mountains.

Hopefully you got my phone call, just to say thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing week. As soon as we walked into your home, we felt at home. It usually takes me a day or two to feel comfortable somewhere new, but this felt like home immediately. We enjoyed the living space, the proximity of the pool from the patio, and also the proximity of the essential shopping. Your home was spacious and so comfortable.

Just a quick note to thank you for letting us share your Paradise. We enjoyed our stay so much it was hard to leave. Your home far exceeded our expectations. The grounds and the POOL! Fabulous! You are so right the area is beautiful and so quiet! The location was perfect for our planned outings. We arrived to 80' weather and it rained the day we left. Perfect timing.

"Your condo is extremely comfortable and spacious, we could easily settle in for a month or more. We loved the patio, so peaceful and quiet, plus the view is spectacular. Hummingbirds flew by every day. The grounds are kept spotless. We enjoyed the fresh fruit, grapefruit, tangelos and lemons, ate them daily. The salt water pool was a treat. Kudos to the friendly security gate personel. Hope to visit again."
