Having spent many very cold winters in Michigan, we found Arizona a wonderful retreat. After spending vacation visits in various Phoenix areas, we decided to focus our search on the East Valley. Scottsdale is well planned, perfectly located, beautiful and offers many entertainment opportunities. This property was perfectly located within Scottsdale; close enough to all the action and easy access to all parts of the Valley, with great restaurants and shopping in the immediate neighborhood, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, Old Town, and North Scottsdale.

Jerry and I are retired professionals who enjoy summers in Michigan and winters in Arizona. We wintered in this condo until a few years ago when we decided to buy a larger home. The new place is great, but we love the condo and can't bare the thought of selling it.
