This home was fully remodeled in 2009 so it is clean, new, pretty and comfortable. The bungalow style home is 910 square feet, plus a 312 square foot one car garage. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to shopping, dining and well-located to access all that our area offers. It is well-suited for those here on corporate travel due to the great monthly rental rate specials available.

There are very few fully furnished short-term rental homes in the Cortez, CO area so we designed our rental homes to fill that need. We provide quality and affordable comfort for those who want a home away from home, not a hotel atmosphere. Our specialty is monthly rentals however, when available, shorter stays are welcome too!

Our area offers a lot - we have some of the best hunting and fishing in the Southwest. Skiers come to enjoy two top ski resorts - The Durango Mountain Resort (formerly named Purgatory) and Telluride. Both are approximately 1 1/2 hours from this location and the drives are extremely scenic at any time of year. Also, famous in this area is a ride on the Durango Narrow Guage Railroad. Mountain bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts are also regular visitors. Mesa Verde National Park attracts thousands of visitors each year from around the world. The Park entrance is approximately 15 minutes from this home's location. Many archaeologists and Native American history buffs come to experience and learn about the culture of the Ancient Ones known as the Anasazi Indians. This is also one of the best spots in the world to find Native American art including rugs, pottery, and jewelry. We are now becoming known for our wineries located in McElmo Canyon.
