This is a beautiful, recently renovated (February 2003), three-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The view from the front of this home looks out over the White Mountains. From the back bedrooms and the deck off the fireplaced living room you will see the crystal-clear water and hear the gentle sounds of the river, which runs along the edge of the large backyard.
The unit has everything you need for your vacation, including a fireplace with an unlimited wood supply just outside your door. The kitchen contains everything for your cooking needs. There are two television sets, a VCR, a stereo and air conditioning in the master bedroom.
Deer Park is one of the finest resorts in the Lincoln/North Woodstock area. It is truly a four-season family resort with activities for all ages all year round. The views are breathtaking and the resort has a beautiful recreation center/clubhouse that overlooks a private lake for Deer Park residents.
The recreation center has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball courts, gym, game rooms, fireplaced gathering area, and video rentals. There are tennis courts for spring, summer, and fall enjoyment, and an outdoor ice skating rink for winter fun. In the winter there is a shuttle bus that runs to Loon Mountain during vacation weeks and weekends.
The resort is minutes from both Lincoln and North Woodstock for shopping and dining.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bath. The second and third bedrooms both have a double-size bed and a twin bed.
