This house is located one block from the bay and two blocks from the beach, and provides everything but the fun for a vacation at the shore! This house is also available for rent in the off-season.
Clean and updated, the house has wall-to-wall carpet with knotty-pine, wood paneling. Two bedrooms, one bath, plus an outdoor shower and a large room with kitchen and living areas. One bedroom has a full-sized bed, the other a full-size futon. In addition, the living area has a large, built-in couch, that can be used for additional sleeping, if needed. The house also has a converted, enclosed porch that houses the washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heat.
Walking distance from restaurants, playgrounds, fishing, swimming, kayak and bike rentals, and all that the sweet downtown of Lavallette has to offer. Just minutes drive to both Point Pleasant and Seaside Boardwalks, which feature rides and amusements.
