  Back again for a third consecutive year, my wife and I just love spending the month of April in this warm, attractive and cozy home on Merritt Island. The yard is amazing with the beautiful pool and hot tub, the comfortable and spacious sitting and dinning areas, a gas BBQ, and all screened in! The neighbourhood is very nice and we continue to like the “ small town” atmosphere of the Cape Canaveral / Cocoa Beach area. We often have friends and family visit and they are always just blown away by how beautiful and relaxful this place is. We love to walk the long and beautiful beaches that are just minutes away; there are plenty of good restaurants, shopping, and many enjoyable golf courses, all within a short driving distance. Orlando is less than an hour away for additional shopping and recreation, and there are many other nearby great locations to explore and enjoy. North on the I 95, there’s Saint Augustine (historical city, outlet stores, World Golf Hall of Fame), and south, the new town on Viera, with great shopping and challenging golf courses. The owners are always extremely accommodating and, one again, as soon as we had finished unpacking, we felt very much “at home”. We'll be back!   My wife and I spent a month here and loved every minute of our stay. The house is very comfortable and we would recommend it to any persons or family. The home is well equipped in all areas and has a private backyard with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The location offers easy access to highways, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is safe and is great for evening walks. The owner was very helpful answering our questions and has many suggestions for things to do during your stay. We would love to come back!

  From the moment we walked into this home with our three small dogs we felt at home. Our first impressions were positive. It only got better from there. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It has everything you need to be comfortable and to enjoy your Merritt Island Holiday, "Where Dreams are Launched" The kitchen is well equipped and everything is modern and in good repair. The pool is beautiful as is the hot tub. Although we did not use them much, it was nice to have the option. The location of the house is perfect for access to the Cape, Merritt Island Wildlife refuge and many of the smaller touristic towns and parks to the north and south. Orlando is only a stones throw away. It is close to the beach, library, food market, shopping, restaurants, and many outdoor activities. We loved the easy access to The Cove, the restaurants, coffee shop and bakery, flea markets on Tuesday and Wednesday and the parks. We also found a number of churches within easy access. The location for us was perfect, the neighbours were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

  A very well maintained property with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Facilities were exactly as described and the location couldn't have been any better for us. The house sits within close proximity to Kelly Park which was wonderful for enjoying the glorious weather, we were able to stroll, bike, or go boating right on our doorstep! Seaworld, Disney and all the other activities Orlando holds were 45 minutes drive away. We were really happy with our choice of property, instructions were clear upon arriving, and the owner checked in with us during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this property and area.

  My wife and I have spent the entire month of April here for the past two years, and we're already booked for next year. The home is extremely attractive and cozy, and virtually all amenities are included. The yard is absolutely amazing, with a comfortable sitting area, dining area, gas BBQ, pool and hot tub, all screened in. The neighbourhood is very nice and we really like the “ small town” atmosphere of Cocoa Beach which is just a short drive away. We often have friends and family visit and they are always just blown away by how beautiful and relaxful this place is. We love to walk the long and beautiful beaches of Cocoa Beach and adjacent Cape Canaveral; there are plenty of good restaurants, shopping, and many enjoyable golf courses, all within a short driving distance.   My husband and I have rented this beautiful home for 3 months for the past 3 winters. The house is in immaculate condition in a great neighbourhood and is well decorated in a typical Florida motif. There's no need to bring anything except your personal belongings as it is very well appointed with everything you need. The pool and hot tub (added 2 years ago) are fully enclosed in screen and decorated with great patio furniture, dining area and gas grill. Merritt Island is a gorgeous area, bordered on one side by the Indian River and the Banana River on the other, with only a 10 minute drive to the ocean and Cocoa Beach. There's lots of great shopping nearby also. The owners have always been very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation or extended stay!

  My wife, son and I spent four months here and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The owners were friendly and pleasant to deal with and ensured that we felt at home there. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed from cookware to sheets and towels to propane for the grill. The neighborhood was also very nice, great for family walks and chatting with the neighbors, and it's also very close (5-10 minutes) to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. We found it to be the perfect balance between having a neighborhood and being close to the beach! And no review of this house would be complete without mentioning the pool: it is absolutely gorgeous, and without a doubt the part that we will miss the most!

  Today we've arrived at your house. What an amazing place it is! We also admire the way it is decorated. The pool is beautifull too! We were wondering if it is possible to use the spa and if yes, how to switch it on?
