It’s professionally landscaped with a spacious fenced back yard and screened in porch.
Merritt Island is a beautiful area located along the central Atlantic coast between Cocoa and Cocoa Beach. This area is known as Florida’s “Space Coast", home of the Space Shuttle and the Atlas, Delta, and Titan rockets.
Visitors to Merritt Island are only minutes from the ocean. It has everything you could want in a close proximity. You can spend the day swimming or searching for seashells along the miles of white beaches. Other activities include golfing, deep-sea or river fishing surfing, water-skiing, wind surfing, restaurants, movies, shopping, even the cruise ships are just over the bridge. The Orlando Int. Airport is less than an hour away. The weather is approximately 70 - 85 degrees for most of the year.
It’s just five minutes from Port Canaveral, homeport for the cruise ships of Disney, Princess, Carnival, Premier, and the Big Red Boat and six casino cruises daily. Minutes from the beach, Marina, National Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center, and 45 minutes to Orlando Attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Escape to Orlando, Sea World, Dolphin Encounter, Medieval Times, Wet n' Wild, Splendid China. Approximately a 40 minute drive to Daytona Beach, NASCAR, and Bike Week. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier and world-famous Ron-Jon's Surf Shop are only seven minutes away as well.
