You can go straight to the villa from the airport. No need to go out of your way to collect keys en-route.
Our management company keep our home immaculate, working hard to ensure that you will find everything just right. They are always available should you need any assistance during your stay.
Westbury Palm Villa has been furnished with much care and attention to detail and we constantly strive to improve and update our home. We want to make your holiday perfect so if there is something you would like but cant see, please do not hesitate to ask.
There are lots of little “extras” to help make your stay more enjoyable. We supply a small library of books for all ages, and a selection of games and toys from 0 - 99 yrs.
If you have young children we offer complimentary use of high chair, cot, two strollers and childrens lifejackets. And there is a paddling pool which the babies and toddlers love.
Our Villa is centrally heated and fully air conditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and the den. There are 2 very comfortable queen beds in two of the bedrooms both with HDTV televisions and all the linens that are needed, The 3rd room has two single beds with a HDTV TV and Sony playstation 2 with a selection of games. The 4th room is a Mickey room with HDTV TV and Mickey deco everywhere!
The games room is full of fun things to do like Pool, foosball, air hockey, and electronic darts, it is also fully carpeted to make it feel more welcoming and safer for children.
The pool area is very beautiful and comfortable with a very large heated pool and free standing hot tub for relaxing in, it has a full length pool fence to keep small children separate from the pool area but involved in the lanai, it also has very comfortable patio furniture and a bbq available for rent for those days you just want to stay in at the villa and relax! For safety a child alarm is installed on the patio door.
The Villa is within minutes of the new Posner shopping which has large box stores such as Target,JC Penney,Michaels,Belk,BestBuy, and many others.In the area is a large hospital, as well as many restaurants, grocery stores, and a Super WalMart.

Why the Owner Chose Westbury
We chose to buy a villa in Westbury because the location is so wonderful, it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that seems separate from all the hustle and bustle but within a 2 minute drive you are where all the amenities are. It is also very beautiful being surrounded by orange groves.

My wife and I and four kids love to spend time together and love to have a place to do it. The villa is an excellent place for us to get away from our busy schedules and concentrate on spending time with our family. Unfortunately we can't do it all the time, so we are hoping the villa can be that place for you and your family!

Hello Rock, I'm sorry I didn't thank you earlier.Thank you Rock for the great Westbury Palm villa. We had such a great time. (Jan 3 to 9)It was perfect for us, roomy house and great location.Especially your game room made our kids so happier, they loved airhockey. We miss it already!
