We stayed at this condo in August and had a great week. The condo is quiet, spacious and very clean. Our deck overlooked the common area of the complex. The common area had a large swimming pool, hot tub and a covered shelter area that we all enjoyed. The condo is only about a 5 minute drive to get to the activities on Duval Street and Mallory Square. We spent most days out on the water parasailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. This was our second trip to Key West and it was also a repeat stay in the same place. The place was clean and nicely maintained as in our first visit. The location on the beach is nice and we sure liked the convenience of being able to walk to Smather's Beach. We went with another couple and we all agreed the roominess of the place and also the heated pool on the beach, were both big factors in how well we enjoyed our stay. Being able to access the balcony from each bedroom was also a neat feature. The kitchen and washer/dryer were also a big plus for me. The only complaint we had was there was some maintenance issues being done on the building that got a little noisy at times but it didn't really effect what a good time we had. This place was the best. It was a couples vacation. We all agree "The best vacation we have ever had." The place was perfect size, location and well kept. Everything we needed was there, including a sweet wet bar area and huge balcony. We could walk to the beach and relax or rent items to get out on the water. Perfect short cab ride to Mallory Square or anywhere we wanted to go. The owners had a nice binder in the condo with ideas on where to go and what to do. The location is perfect to get away from the hustle and relax poolside by the ocean. Kevin's Irish Pub is a MUST. Best meal was a little place Pepe's on Caroline. Enjoy!
