This completely remodeled 2BR, 2BA single-family home offers so many amenities: a magnificent Master Suite (with a romantic electric fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining room overlooking a luxurious patio and backyard adding to the overall living space. There are 2 sumptuous queen-size beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, all cozily and lavishly presented with the finest of linens and warmest of comforters. The Master Bath offers double sinks, shower, and a separate Jacuzzi tub. The additional bathroom offers a shower/jetted tub combo. Both bathrooms offer plush towels for your bathing pleasure. Both bedrooms include mounted televisions with DVD players. The kitchen is done in rich woods with granite counter tops and gleaming stainless-steel appliances.

From the dining area, you go through beautiful French-doors and into the fully-fenced, private, lighted backyard. A gazebo covers the patio table and chairs, (affording outside delights even in the rain!). Also included is a briquette-style BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, and lushly-detailed, newly-landscaped backyard with garden fountains.

My husband and I have stayed here on three separate occasions and absolutely love this home. We call it our home away from home, and our grandchildren, that live close by, call it "your little white house". The owners have done an outstanding job of providing everything you could need. In summer we enjoy the glorious back garden, fully fenced yard, which is nice for out little dog, Beautifully landscaped and well taken car of. There is every appliance and dish you could need, plus tons of beautiful dishes, glasses and cutlery. We had a family dinner for Christmas Eve and it was like our own home. It is spotlessly clean, and in excellent repair. We could not recommend this more highly! You will not be disappointed! Excellent location with excellent restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, along with grocery stores, drug stores etc. Love Magnolia Village!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

The house is fantastic. The location is so quiet that you can sleep with the windows open and wake-up to the sounds of the birds. It is so clean and nicely decorated. The garden is well kept and perfect for evening relaxation. Debra provides the basics (to start) such as coffee and the spice rack for the cooks is great. We will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The photos do not do justice to this very cozy and comfortable home. We wanted a place that could accommodate 4 adults and also had an outdoor area to host a BBQ celebration for our daughter's graduation from UW. This home's modern decor, well-equipped kitchen, and beautifully landscaped backyard with a covered patio, provided the perfect setting. The attention to detail was icing on the cake. Thank you, Deb! This place is so wonderful - peaceful, quiet, beautiful, a joy to stay here. Better than any 5 star - 5 diamond hotel I have ever stayed in. When I am not there, I like to make it available for guests to enjoy the comforts of home during their stay in Seattle.
