  Passamos 1 semana neste apartamento em mar/13. Recomendamos!!! É limpo, bonito, confortável e muito bem localizado (perto da Lincoln Road e da praia). Foi uma semana ótima. Fizemos passeios, compras e, algumas vezes, enquanto aproveitava a rede wi-fi do apartamento, minha esposa passeava sozinha pela região, que é segura, bonita e com muitas lojas e restaurantes que agradam qualquer turista. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela proprietária em todos os nossos contatos. Alugamos um carro e ela nos providenciou a permissão para estacionar na rua. Nem sempre é fácil achar vaga onde a gente queria, mas no final deu tudo certo. Sem essa permissão é impossível achar vaga nas ruas. Voltaríamos felizes para este apartamento.

  Estuvimos en el departamento mi esposo, mi hijo (17años) y yo en enero de 2013. El apartamento es encantador, la ubicacion inmejorable y la atencion de Maria inmejorable. Ya lo hemos recomendado y en breve volveremos. Excelentes vacaciones. Gracias!!!

  Llegamos con mi pareja y nos dimos con una grata sorpresa, todo era como maria, una gran anfitriona, nos habia contado. Un departamento super limpio, comodo y lo mejor de todo, a solo 2 cuadras de Lincoln Road y Spagnola Way. Incluye todo lo necesario para poder pasar una estadia en southbeach y recorrer los puntos más turisticos de la isla. Además cuenta con el permiso de parking gratuito que nos soluciono mucho el tema del automovil rentado. Realmente se los recomiendo. Pero no vayan mucho, porque pensamos en volver pronto!!

  We stayed in this apartment in South Beach for two weeks in Spring 2012 and had a fantastic time. The place is very nice, clean and looks just like on the advertised pictures. The location is perfect, quiet and still in walking distance to Lincoln Road Mall with its fantastic restaurants and shopping possibilities. Also just a few blocks away it the famous Miami Beach. Customer service was good, hand-over of the keys smooth and the value one gets is really great. We definitely would/will suggest this apartment to our friends, but only if we are not in town. 'Cause then we want to rent it ourselves!

  Elaine condo is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy Miami beach at its best location. Very nice place and Maria was doing everything to make our stay perfect. Always very quick response if we asked about something. Maria is one of the kindest and most helpful person that you can imagine. Thanks to Maria we are sure to come back and stay at Elaine Condo in short order.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  Maria: Quería agradecerte por toda la ayuda que nos brindaste durante nuestras vacaciones en tu departamento. La verdad que como te dije, teníamos miedo de alquilar por internet, pero nos hiciste las cosas muy fáciles desde el primer día y todo el proceso fue muy sencillo. El departamento en sí, que te puedo decir, es impecable. Esta muy bien distribuido y tenía todo lo que necesitamos … y más. Ademas, queda todo tan cerca que caminábamos para todos lados. No puedo esperar volver.

  My husband and I were really happy about this apartment: it is perfectly equiped! What you can see in the pictures is what you will discover! We recommend warmly this apartment We really appreciated to walk to Ocean's Drive within 10 -15 mins, or to Lincoln Road with 2 mins. Beach is near as well and you do not need to take your car to go there. Maria was really nice with us and always be helpful to ensure we enjoy our stay! We thank her very much for her warm welcome and her support! Do not forget to inform her if you rent a car: she will provide you with some parking permit to avoid any problem. We cannot wait to come back to Miami beach!!! :-)

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  Waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester 2012/2013 dort. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und bittet alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu Maria R. der Besitzerin war sehr gut. Die Geld Transaktionen und die Kaution Rückzahlung hat auch super geklappt. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Klima/Heizung, Maria und Ihr Mann haben sich sofort darum gekümmert. Eine Parkplatz Berechtigung haben wir auch von Maria enthalten. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten zum Miami Beach. Die Lincoln Road ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eigentlich benötigt man von hier aus kein Auto. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!! :-) Thanks Maria! :-) cu Marco & Kati
