Look no further!! This tastefully decorated 2nd floor Coach Home Condominium offers 2,400 square feet of pure enjoyment! Our coach home is located in the beautiful and prestigious Pelican Landing Sandpiper Isle community.
Our residence offers high cathedral/vaulted ceilings, along with diagonal tile throughout the living room, dining room, den, kitchen, and baths. Custom painting and wall coverings add the perfect decorating touch as well as the selection of fine furniture. Our home offers a large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, along with two guest suites, which include a queen size bed and two full size beds. Each suite has its own private full size bath. There is a large kitchen with Corian countertops, a pub table, along with a kitchen bar to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the golfers as they play their morning rounds of golf. If you prefer the golf course view outdoors, a furnished lanai is provided. The kitchen also has a large eat in area which is used as an additional family room. The family room, den or living room, are all great places to kick back and watch TV or merely engage in conversation.
Our neighborhood, Sandpiper Isle, is just one of the many beautifully landscaped neighborhoods in Pelican Landing. Our coach home is located across from the clubhouse pool and is surrounded by the golf course and lake views. Pelican Landing has incredible amenities to offer. The tennis center is not only within walking distance, but it's only minutes away! There is a wonderful community/fitness center for you to enjoy, not to mention, that Pelican Landing also offers complimentary boat shuttles to its own private beach. Canoeing, Kayaking and Sailing are also available within the community and complimentary equipment is provided for each. This truly is a resort home away from home!
Pelican Landing, in Bonita Springs, is located between Fort Myers and Naples. Our coach home is just a short drive of approximately 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport. We are within walking distance to the Coconut Point Mall, not to mention just a short drive to the Miromar Outlet Mall, of which both offer many fine retail shops and restaurants to choose from. Pelican Landing is located just west of highway 41, which allows for a very short drive to many public beaches. There are also many championship golf courses nearby.
Unfortunately we aren't able to get away to our "little piece of paradise" as much as we would like. So, we're offering this wonderful experience for you to enjoy!!
