Bring your boat and keep it right outside the door! Our vacation condo is all set up for you to rest in a quaint and peaceful environment, after an exciting day of fun and adventure out on the water. Clearlake is one of the most unique lakes in all of Texas because it is a lake that has access to the gulf therefore offering many outdoor water opportunities. Some of the most beautiful homes in Texas can be found on Clearlake with extravagant boats parked outside. Also, you can drive you're boat right up to several wonderful restaurants with the best seafood in town.
For sailors you can bring your own boat or rent a sailboat up to 50 feet long. We are the largest community of sailors in Texas with all sizes of boats. Also, if you ever wanted to learn to sail, there are several ASA certified classes available. Also, it is a fisherman's haven since we are accessible to the gulf. You can find a captain to take you out or take your own boat and keep it right at the condo. Kids love the water sports that are available. You can rent jet ski's about a mile away or rent a boat for wake boarding, tubing and such. There is also a community of wind surfers that sail together weekly that we could hook you up with. If competitive sailing interests you, there are numerous regattas that take place here. On Wednesdays it's nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sailboats glide by in their weekly race.
Our condo is right down the road from NASA Space Center which has been a world wide attraction for thirty years that kids and adults alike enjoy. Another great attraction we are very near is the Kemah boardwalk, which is a true boardwalk on the water with an amusement park and lots of great restaurants and shopping. You can have dinner on the boardwalk as you watch big jet boats, yachts and party boats go by.
Our condo is all new on the inside decorated with a sailing theme. It has bamboo floors and white cottage style bead boarding with navy and apple green accents. The redesigned kitchen is open to the living area with a built in breakfast nook that overlooks the water. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed with cozy linens. The balcony overlooks the boat slip that opens up to the big view of the water. It is completely furnished and the kitchen fully equipped for your catch of the day. The condo has a pool that is surrounded by tall pine trees and in the summer on Friday night, you can sit by the water and watch the fireworks light up the sky. All in all, our condo is a great place to relax and unwind as you get ready for the next full day of fun.

We are a family that loves the water. You can catch most weekends either sailing or pulling our kids behind the boat in one form or another. We bought this condo about a year ago and have begun creating wonderful memories. It is our desire that you may create some wonderful memories of your own should you choose to stay here.
Why the Owner Chose Kemah
We chose the condo in Kemah because there are so many opportunities out on the water. Also, the restaurants in the area are amazing. Being near Houston and Galveston you have everything that a big city offers and everything that the beach has to offer. Another benefit I have not mentioned so far that our family enjoys here in the area, is the live music we can listen to and enjoy. There are so many things to do for kids and adults alike that it is not possible to name them all. And for an added bonus, the people in the area are all in the vacation "mode" and are friendly and fun.
