This 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a part of the Guadalupe River known as Lake Dunlap just 2 miles outside of New Braunfels, Texas off of Highway 46. This home is on 7 acres of waterfront property.
Bring the family for a vacation you'll never forget on this quiet retreat located in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. New Braunfels is home of the Guadalupe River and the most popular water park in the United States, Schlitterbahn. Also close is the outlet mall in San Marcos where you can spend days shopping the over 200 stores. Also about 1 hour away is Sea World in San Antonio as well as Fiesta Texas and the San Antonio River Walk.
We supply everything you'll need. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, linens, pillows and outdoor grill. We also have a private pool with 2 water falls that overlooks the lake.
What you'll need to bring: Food & clothing - the rest is provided.
This property has 7 acres of treed waterfront where you can fish or just sit by the water and enjoy the view. We also have a small boat dock where you can tie up your boat or jet skis.
This home has 5 bedroomsre is a 2nd bedroom downstairs with 2 rollaway beds. The master bedroom, which is downstairs, has a king size bed, large newly updated master bath with jetted tub and separate shower and walk-in closet.
The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs (1 room has a queen, 1 room has 3 twins, and 1 room has 2 twins). The bathroom upstairs is large with 2 sinks. The shower, tub and toilet are in a separate area from the sinks so more than 1 person can use the bathroom at a time.
There is a large living area with 2 sofas and another smaller living area with a small sofa and 2 chairs with a TV, DVD player and cable.
The large screened in back porch offers a the best view on Lake Dunlap.
