With three master suites, including a main floor master bedroom, there is plenty of privacy in this vacation rental in Grand County. Plus, the media room has acoustical ceiling and QuietRock drywall to keep movie volume contained to the media room so as not to disturb sleepers elsewhere in the house. Cook a gourmet meal with supplied cutlery, flatware, glassware, and pans in the almost commercial-quality kitchen with the Thermador 5-burner gas stove with pot filler; double oven; Sharp microwave drawer; over-sized beverage cooler; Bosch dishwasher, and dual sinks.
Three of the four bathrooms include marble surround; one has a built-in Jacuzzi tub; while the main floor master is a his-and-hers dual shower with glass tile accents and flooring.
Perhaps most enjoyable is watching the herds of deer and elk while relaxing in front of the remote-controlled gas fire place in the living room.

Why the Owner Chose Sol Vista
We built this house in this area primarily for relocation reasons. Ironically, it is also why we have decided to put our home on the vacation rental marketplace. This area has great year-round activities and friendly people. This is a mountain community that is a community and not an over-priced resort area. Vacationers love to come with their families to this area as there is something for all ages and interests to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I enjoy watching the elk and deer herds grazing in the migration land directly behind our home. I can sit in my master suite, the 4th bedroom (which used to be my office), the guest suite, and the kids' suite, and watch them as they peck for food and climb up to the ridge. Another favorite benefit of my home is sitting on my expansive deck (15' x 45') and enjoying cocktails and gourmet food with friends or soaking up the abundant sunshine. With no neighbors behind us or directly next to us, we have plenty of privacy, especially since we sit at the top of the cul de sac in perhaps the best lot in the subdivision.

My husband and I designed this home as our dream home and some-day retirement home. We moved in after construction was completed in February of 2008. Last December, my husband made some changes to his staff which meant he was working out of the area. Our daughter was accepted into the Denver School of the Arts in August of 2009, so we relocated to Denver. We are opening up our home to vacationers that don't want to give up the nice finishings and appointments they are accustomed to at home.
