Beautiful 1300 sq. ft. two bedroom/two bath (2 king beds, plus pullout queen sofa) downstairs villa located in beautiful Legacy Villas. Legacy Villas is next door to, and affiliated with, the La Quinta Resort and Spa. The development has two very large main community pools with cabanas and water entertainment for the children, and our unit is very close to the main pools. Additionally, there are several satellite pools located throughout if you want to enjoy a more private setting.
Unlike some of the other units in Legacy, this villa is unobstructed by other units. Therefore, you have a clear view of the Legacy Villas landscape and the picturesque Santa Rosa Mountains in the distance. Additionally, there is a small grass area directly off the two patios, which is ideal if you have small children. They can play within your immediate sight, while you relax on the patio. Our villa is west-facing so that you can enjoy the beautiful La Quinta sunsets right outside your living room door! Additionally, nearly all two bedroom villas have one king and one queen bed. Our unit is equipped with two California king beds and full High-Definition TV in the living room!
Please note that this is primarily our vacation home, and we therefore intentionally limit the amount of renters each year. We are selective with who we rent to and, as a result, the villa is in excellent condition. We are most interested in renting to good families who will care for the villa is if it were their own.
Note: If you don't need a third bedroom, we recommend staying in a two bedroom unit (as opposed to a 3bd with one bedroom closed off) as the living rooms in the 2br/2ba units are more spacious with much better layouts.
This 2 bedroom approximately 1,300 sq. ft. unit has 2 bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, complete kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 patios with truly peaceful settings, 40" HDTV in living room plus 2 additional televisions in bedrooms with HBO, and DVD players. Living room has an iPod- compatible audio system. Free secure Wi-Fi high speed internet access and full High-Definition TV in living room.

My wife and I had been coming to La Quinta Resort and Spa for years and had always planned to buy a second home in the desert, but were never able to find a development that captured the charm of the Resort. That is, until we found Legacy Villas. Legacy has all of the peace and beauty of La Quinta Resort in a much newer, up-to-date, environment. La Quinta, CA is just two hours from Downtown Los Angeles, but it might as well be a world away.

Legacy Villas is in the foothills of the Santa Rosa mountains, which gives it its unique charm. Unlike some of the other units in Legacy, our villa is unobstructed by other units, giving you clear views of the Legacy Villas landscape and the picturesque mountains in the distance. We enjoy relaxing by the pool and taking it all in while our children play and ride their bikes in a safe and secure environment.

Our family just spent a week at this villa in Legacy...myself, my husband and my three children (6, 9, 11). Legacy is a wonderful place for a family -- its in a great location, we went on a hike, rode bikes & scooters around the neighborhood and swimming in one of their many pools. The condo was perfect for us -- clean, great location and had all the conveniences needed for a family. They even provided pool towels -- which I had forgot, of course! Can't wait to go back for another visit!

All the hotels were booked for Spring Break so we decided to stay at the Legacy Villas. We will never stay at a hotel again. More room, a kitchen, lower cost and a fantastic facility, what more could you ask for. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and we are already looking forward to our next stay at the Legacy.

We loved this condo! We stayed for 3 nights and wished we planned to stay longer. The condo felt like home with our 3 children. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kids pools (great for infants to teens) was fantastic and very close to the unit. The Legacy grounds are beautiful and safe for walking. La Quinta is our favorite area in the Palm Springs area. This condo is perfectly located between the necessity shopping and La Quinta’s Old Town. The owner, Mr. Sapra was very quick to respond and was excellent with his follow through of our paper work. We are very grateful that he is sharing his second home with the VRBO community.

We stayed in this condo for a week and had a great time! There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children. The main family pool and workout facility is just a short walk away; and the entire grounds of the Legacy Villas are beautiful and great for exploring. The owner was very professional in contracting the unit, and we would happily return to this unit for any future visits to La Quinta.

My husband and I just enjoyed a one month stay in this wonderful unit. We very much enjoyed having a unit with 2 seperate master bedrooms both very private with good comfortable beds. It is a very desireable design if you are having family or friends visit. We also really enjoyed Legacy Villas it is a very secure property with 11 pools, well equipt fitness center and beautiful grounds. We can't wait to return.

WE have stayed many times renting homes in the La Quinta, but this expereince was the best. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all necessities. Comfy king beds, very homey feeling. Quiet and very good parking. Mr Sapra was a delight to work with. We definately will be coming back.

My wife and I stayed at this condo last spring. We have stayed in other units at Legacy, but the Sapra's unit is remodeled and in excellent condition. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable (both kings!) and watching sports in high definition was wonderful. The views from the main patios are excellent and the main pool is close by. Steve was very professional and responsive to our needs, and our security deposit was returned immediately with no issues. We can't wait to go back!
