This is a beautiful 3yr old home. It is tastefully decorated with a mountain/ outdoors theme. It is over 2600 sq ft and features 2 master bedrooms and 2 individual living rooms. The main floor is all hard wood and carpet throughout the rest of home. The kitchen features new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances.
The views to Winter Park ski area and Byers peak are incredible. Enjoy the views from the large deck. The Winter Park ski shuttle is a simple walk just out the main driveway and around the corner.

We bought out home in Fraser because of the beautiful views, all the activities in the area and the proximity to the Winter Park ski area.

I grew up in Colorado and have always loved the mountains. Ever since I was young I dreamed of having a beautiful mountain retreat. Winter Park has always been my favorite place to ski. Because of the beautiful views and proximity to Winter Park I settled in the Fraser Valley. It has been the perfect getaway for me and my family.
