The unit is a two bedrooms, one bathroom and is totally updated with a beach motif. The apartment also has a large comfortable living room with flat screen TV, DVD and stereo, two comfortable rooms, and a large outdoor private terrace where you can BBQ, relax and enjoy the peace and quite. The condominium has a private pool for a nice dip before heading in for the night.
Really close by is the beach, where you will have the sand at your feet and the soft sound of the ocean helping you relax. Lunch can be enjoyed at the near by beach club, Ritz Carlton or in the village at the famous Sir Pizza.
Key Biscayne has so much to offer the whole family including golf at the Links one of the best courses in Miami, tennis at the Crandon Park Tennis Center (where the Sony Ericsson is played), the Miami Sea Aquarium home of the killer whale, charter boat fishing, wind surfing, site seeing, hiking, bike rentals, and miles of bike paths to take you throughout the island.
At the end of the island you have the beautiful light house, which overlooks the famous beach where the sea turtles come to shore to deliver their eggs. Amazing.

Owning a place in Key Biscayne has been a life long dream for us both, and now we enjoy the condo with our son and families. Living in Miami is fast paced, Key Biscayne is a secluded island we use to escape and relax. The key helps us getaway form the grind, without really going anywhere.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Key Biscayne is an amazing place. It has beautiful beaches, an amazing golf course, great fishing charters, great food, incredible tennis center (where the Sony Erickson is held). It is quite and relaxing with a lot of things to do for the whole family.
