We purchased this condo in the Monterey Golf and Country Club because it is very central to many restaurants, golf, and shopping. The outlook from the condo is spectacular; it faces southwest with a view of the mountains and the golf course. The patio area is very private and overlooks a green space.

The condo has been nicely renovated - kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Everything is new - furniture, bedding, dishes etc.

We live in Vancouver Canada and visit Palm Springs several times a year. We love to golf and enjoy the many courses that this area has to offer. We also enjoy travelling.

The location, accommodation and service was more than we expected. The condo was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The full kitchen was perfect for us as we like to cook. The property was clean, well maintained and secure. The owners were quick to respond to all our questions and their concierge service was available 24/7. We plan on going back to stay, for sure. We would recommend this property to all who appreciate a luxurious,quite vacation stay. Great lunches at Sherman's Deli, gourmet groceries and wine at Bristol Farms and fresh produce, flowers and lots of good junk at the College of the Desert weekend market.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Could not have been a more pleasant experience; the flowers, the greenbelt, the views...perfect.

The listing was more than accurate and generously reflected the rentals' appearance and amenities. Everything was spotless and very comfortably decorated. The owners were most accomodating in all respects....... In addition there were flowers, wine, welcome card. How nice. The location of Monterey is central to everything. There are many fine restaurants, shopping, El Paseo, the weekend street fair at the college, art exhibits, of course, golf, very nearby pool, and pretty much whatever your interests might be. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to anyone.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.
