This Beautiful house is located in gated neighborhood, 7 blocks from Antigua Central park so you can walk to, and distant enough to be in a private and quite place. Barrio Castilla de Belen has its own security gates to control access and give privacy to the neighborhood. Besides the spectacular view to Agua volcano, the main amenity is a nice park with gardens, benches, a water fountain. Surrounded by high trees and other colonial style houses, this place is very unique so close everything. No construction is going on anymore in this neighborhood.
The house is fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen has all the appliances stainless steel of US know brands. The decoration of the house is exquisite and full of details. The house was design to develop all the rooms surrounding a central garden with a bucaro or half fountain that gives a relaxed water sound when is on. Besides this garden there is also another backyard were a gas grill is located.
The house has 4 bedrooms two of the are considered master bedrooms with king size beds each: one in the first floor with a walk-in closet and full bathroom and the other in the second floor which is the main master bedroom with more ample areas, also with walk-in closet and full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each, sharing a full bathroom.
The living room has a nice wood fireplace, with a three-seater and two-seater sofas and two single chairs. The dining room have a nice wood carved table. The kitchen have all the appliances and equipment to do full cooking. It has a dish-washing machine.
There is a laundry area with washer and dryer combo machine and a pila to do hand washing. Also you have another room to be used as a studio if wanted.
In the second floor you can walk into a terrace were you will have a spectacular view to the mountains and Agua volcano. The best place to see a sunset with a glass of wine.

I am an Antigua lover, not living in this beautiful city full time but we will be soon. This is the best place in the world to retire, in peaceful, friendly, full of events place. The best restaurants in Guatemala are here, all different type of cuisine! From Antigua you can reach the pacific ocean in less than an hour, and very easy to go to the Highlands like Lake Atitlan, Chichicastenango and so many other Mayan descendents villages.

Staying several days in this house, you will wake up everyday with a magnificent view of the Agua volcano, in this quiet, private neighborhood were other owners live peacefully. The house is fully equipped for your comfort so all you need is your private things. You can walk to Antigua Central Park and enjoy all the ambience, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, bars, museums, etc.
