Not many homes have 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms! Also, there is a 2 car garage and driveway space for more. We keep 2 new bicycles, a set of golf clubs, and tons of fishing poles in garage.
We have a great Trex decked boat dock with a lift; holds up 10,000 lb & 32 ft boat. In-ground pool 15x30 that can be heated with propane at additional cost. Lounge chairs, tables, patio set, gas grill, and gas patio heater located on 25x90 Lanai. Travertine marble tile throughout main areas & bathrooms, carpeted BR. Great room has 20 ft ceilings with a skylight.
Equipped with a 42" Plasma TV & Denon 400W stereo receiver with Audiophile stereo speakers & subwoofer with a second set of speakers on the Lanai. Great room opens into the dining room which has a Grand table seating 8 guests with 2 more seats at the island. Each room opens to Lanai & pool area with sliding patio doors. Gourmet kitchen is loaded with everything you need for cooking, fine stemware, patiowares, coffee maker, smoothie blender,etc. Kitchen has granite countertops, beautiful honey-glazed maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
Master Bedroom has King sized bed with top quality pillowtop mattress covered with Gore-Tex allergen barrier/dust mite protection, walk-in closet, sink & vanity. Glass enclosed shower and toilet separate from sink & vanity with pocket door. Has 22" LCD TV and DVD player.
Two other Guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, one with 22" TV/DVD one with new 27" LCD TV/DVD player. Each has roomy closets. Guest Full Bathroom has tub enclosure/shower.
Laundry room has top loading washer and front loading dryer which join to the roomy full 3rd bathroom which has shower and door that opens out to Lanai & pool area.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
Boating! Our canal location has the closest access point to the Gulf of Mexico. Make sure to take into consideration this point, as most canals in Cape Coral access via the Caloosahatchee River. Several of them enter the river several miles upstream, making for a very long boat ride. 15 min boat ride down our wide canal for sailboat or powerboat access to Gulf of Mexico; No bridges or locks, just passing through mangroves and spotting dolphin along the way. No apartments or duplexes in area.Blocks from RumRunners and Cape Harbour. Great walking/biking neighborhood. Minutes from Cape Coral Yacht Club, Target, Neighborhood Wal-Mart, Publix, Sunsplash waterpark
The Unique Benefits at this House
Very low traffic neighborhood where family can ride bikes & walk. Love to take 20 min drive to Sanibel/Captiva, take bikes-bike rack provided in garage too! Must go to the beach at Captiva & watch the sunset. Sanibel Steakhouse is pretty good. 20min drive to Matlacha. 40 min drive to Naples. We drive to Tarpon Bay at Pine Island to catch a ferry to Caya Costa beach.(all day trip) Kids love sifting through thousands of shells, me too! SunSplash waterpark 10 min away. Carrabbas has 2 for 1 happy hour till 7pm. Great food! 10 min drive, Cape Coral Blvd has Houlihans, Iguana Mia (Mexican), Leapin' Lizards minutes away. Ruth's Chris is at Coconut Point Mall about 30 min. away.

We are business owners living in the Midwest who love to travel to escape the cold or just get away. We have 3 kids ranging from 12 to 2 years. We love shell hunting, reading books/kindles at the beach while kids play in the sand. We love having breakfast, lunch & dinner on the Lanai while listening to the fish jump in the canal. Cape Coral is surrounded my so many great beaches but out of the congested touristy areas. Too many great things to list!
