Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed, dresser, TV and DVD player. Bedroom two has a double bed, TV and DVD player and both bedrooms have access to wireless internet. Bathroom has a tub and shower. Kitchen, dining room and laundry room is shared... if you feel like visiting you are more than welcome to sit back and relax in the living room and watch TV.
Walking distance to paved recreational trails, hospital and shopping. Very close to the North Saskatchewan River with beautiful trails and views. Devon Golf and Country Club, Rabbit Hill Ski Hill and Castrol Raceway is only 5 minutes away.
