Mikel and Nancy Wombacher, we purchased our condo at Saida because we love to play tennis and liked the ocean view plus the bay view from the front. We can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset without leaving our condo. The South Padre area is full of friendly people and a nice place to relax and enjoy biking or laying on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Saida Towers
We purchased our condo at Saida III because we love the ocean view from the balcony and the bay view from the front. We enjoy playing tennis, riding our bikes and going on the dolphin watches. We can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset everyday without leaving our condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This condo is on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is an elevator as well as a laundry room. Walk down the beach to the neighboring hotels for great night life, food and drinks. Also several small shops within walking distance, rent bikes or go shelling. The South Padre Island area is full of friendly people, great restaurants, Golfing right off the island. We enjoy antiquing and have found some great spots in Port Isabel. Come on Down!!
