The Marriott Lahaina Villas was opened in 2007 and was purpose-built for luxury timeshares. Anyone who stays in these exclusive ocean-front 3 bedroom luxury condominiums agrees that they are simply awesome, in large part due to their huge open space, with the unit over 1,700 square feet in size, and the amazing views. The beach is 50 feet directly in front of the unit, with exceptional views of neighboring islands and whale watching as the season permits. Take a look at "Star" ratings for this property, vs other properties. There is a huge difference.
Large, open and airy kitchen, dining and entertaining areas. A perfect place to relax with two families, Barbecue on the gas grills and eat and entertain. Features a lock-off unit that is completely private if desired - includes King bed, kitchenette and full bath (and a pullout queen bed if needed for kids). The Main unit features a large master suite with King bed with luxury bathroom with tub and shower. The main unit also has another bathroom and a second room with two Queen beds. Includes another fold-out queen-size couch. Multiple pools for adults only and family use. Great kids pool, and toddler play area. Once you've done your grocery shopping, you don't need to leave this place. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance (for example Whaler's village, or the Hyatt properties and many others).

Year Purchased: 2007
We have owned property on Maui for more than 30 years. Recently we purchased multiple timeshares at the Marriott Lahaina Villas so that we can enjoy Maui with our extended family. Our units have been rented 4 times and each time the renters have raved about the property.
The funny looking guy on the right is George Bush, but he is not the owner.
Our son Rob (not shown) helps us manage the rentals, so you will be communicating with him first.
Why the Owner Chose Marriott's Maui Ocean Club
We toured all over Maui, and found nothing comparable. They are huge, so it feels like you are in a home. The quality is excellent, and it is amazing to feel the ocean breeze and watch the incredible view and sunsets right from your unit. The units are huge and luxurious, the weather in the northwest is milder than other parts Maui, and you can walk to many restaurants, resorts and beaches. Once you have your supplies, there is no need to get into a car. In winter months, you are likely to see whales directly from your room.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is a perfect place for families. You can spend days at a time without using your car - there is so much to do and kids can self-entertain for hours.

We took our family to Hawaii over the winter holidays and this condo exceeded our expectations! The view is spectacular--make sure to bring binoculars--the whale-watching activity is breathtaking! The condo was spacious and extremely clean! So nice to have updated kitchen to enjoy, as well as washer/dryer in the unit! The pool at the Marriott is huge. Restaurants and shopping are easily walkable! Outdoor grills are great for home-cooked meals! I would highly recommend this Marriott condo to anyone looking to experience paradise!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

We were lucky enough to stay in this fabulous condo in July. This place is amazing and the resort is awesome. We were the first guests in this new condo and the amenities are first rate - I wish I had these at home. The views from every room are incredible and we couldn't have had a better time. We plan to stay here again in the future.
