It is located conveniently only 20 min away from such ski resorts as Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Loveland, and 30 min away from Breckenridge from. Multiple factory outlet stores are only minutes away.
An open plan living/dining room, large kitchen, comfortable family room with TV, board games and books provide for an excellent retreat place for a family or group of friends.
Close to national forest and hiking trails, the house stands in the middle of Mesa Cortina community among pine trees and aspens. You can snow shoe or hike spectacular Buffalo Mountain right from the back porch. While enjoying peaceful retreat and spectacular mountain views, you have conveniences of the modern city: dining, shopping, movies, recreation, gas stations, public transportation.
