This ultra clean Tuscan style home sits on a 1 & 1/4 acre secluded lot overlooking the lush desert and has an incredible mountain view of Four Peaks through all windows. Beautifully furnished with high end furniture. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries! Peaceful atmosphere with surround sound music system throughout the home and grounds. Quiet area with no city or traffic noise. The Home Theater/Media Room with 100" screen and awesome audio is enjoyed by all ages and has a library of DVDs available. Incredible pool with a water slide, grotto, diving rock and separate Jacuzzi. Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large barbeque, sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator and lights. There are 3 standing heaters that can be moved anywhere in the yard and there are 8 fire pits for warmth and ambiance.
