This ultra clean Tuscan style home on a 1 & 1/4 acre secluded lot overlooking the lush desert has incredible mountain views of Four Peaks through all east facing windows. 3 Bedrooms and 4th bedroom converted to executive office with wireless internet throughout. Media room serves as 4th bedroom with two Queen size beds. Beautifully furnished with high end furniture. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries! Peaceful atmosphere with surround sound music system throughout the home and grounds. Quiet area with no city or traffic noise. This home is apx 4,600 square feet, 13 foot ceilings, with 8 ceiling fans and very open and bright. Large outdoor covered veranda is an extension to the family room. The formal living room is very comfortable and has a Million Dollar View. The Dining room is warm and fully equipped with beautiful China, Crystal and serving pieces.
Gourmet Dream Kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need to create any meal, also equipped with beautiful dishes and crystal glasses. Large sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, Wolf Range, water purifier/chiller and quiet top line dishwasher and large pantry. The family room is warm and cozy with fireplace and bar. The bedrooms are spacious, private and quiet with lush and comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The Master has a fire place and sitting area and huge bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
The Home Theater/Media Room with 100" screen and awesome audio is enjoyed by all ages and has a library of DVDs available and NetFlix with hundreds of free Movies on demand anytime for all generations. Incredible pool with a water slide, diving rock and separate Jacuzzi. Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large barbeque, sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator and lights.
We do not rent our home for Wedding Receptions, Family Reunions or large Parties. Generally we have a 5 night minimum stay unless special exception is granted.
