  We just returned from our vacation in Laguna Beach. This home was perfect for our family of six! We took beautiful walks each morning then drove down the hill to Victoria Beach, which was very convenient! We drove to Beverly HIlls one day and Disneyland on another. At the end of each busy day, we returned to this wondreful home with the feeling of being at "home". I would highly recommend this home for any family wanting a nice place to stay while in Laguna Beach!

  Stayed here with a couple of friends for a golf weekend. It was exactly what we needed. The place is gorgeous. It's very clean. The views are tremendous. Jeff is a great guy, very accommodating. I'm sure we'll be back here to stay in the future.

  This home is airy and modern, full of huge windows to easily enjoy the Pacific view. Well stocked, comfortable and all very clean. Hot tub was perfect. Restaurant recommendations from owner were all spot-on. Easy access to the park and walking trails. A quick drive down the hill and you are very close to restaurants, shops, groceries, beach, etc. Light does come streaming in once the sun is over the hill. The downstairs bedroom gets very bright, but really you should be getting up early anyways to sip coffee on the deck! Thank you, Jeff!

  My family had the pleasure of staying over our Thanksgiving break and really enjoyed the home and area of Laguna Beach. The home is in the hills overlooking the ocean and it is a good 5-10 minute drive getting down the mountain and into town. The owner Jeff was a pleasure to work with and helpful with dinner recommendations and advice about what to do. The restaurant K'ya should be a stop for anyone visiting the area. Our kids are 9 and 6 some most of our vacation was spent at Disneyland which was 30 minutes away. We also drove to Universal Studios and Hollywood which was closer to an hour away. We could have stayed closer to the parks but were happy to make the drive and enjoy the scenery on the way there. The kids also had a great time at the neighborhood park which was about 200 yards from the home and liked soaking in the hottub on our stay-at-home day. We did go to the beach one day for a couple of hours but since it was late November swimming was not an option. Since the home is styled in a contemporary theme, there is plenty of daylight shining in which could be a problem for anyone wanting to sleep in, or accustomed to a perfectly dark bedroom. It wasn't an issue for us and the views were beautiful from the main living area. I'd recommend Jeff's home to anyone looking for an upscale home that is reasonably priced and just far enough away from the city to make you feel like you are really on vacation.

  This is a little architectural jewel that belongs to the pages of Dwell Magazine. The house is immaculate, it has a breathtaking views and is located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood. We had the most pleasant stay and hope to be able to stay here any time we travel to Southern California.

  Our 2 weeks at Jeff's home this summer were EXACTLY what we were looking for. I have spent almost all my summers in Laguna Beach and know the town very well; This is a terrific location. You are connected to everything great about the town and the beaches are a snap to get to, but you are also high enough up the hill to not feel the crush of summer tourists. the neighborhood is terrific, with a GREAT regional park just 2 blocks away. You also get great breezes to accompany the expansive ocean view. the home itself leaves little to wish for. Very modern style, but very comfortable and relaxing. this is not a "used furniture" rental house. This is the owners personal residence and the attention to detail of construction reflects it. Your host Jeff is a great guy, very exacting in preparing the house for you, and always available if you have any needs or questions. be sure to ask him about his restored VW micro bus, it is a thing of beauty!

  My family and I had a wonderful time in this gorgeous house. The house was very clean, spacious and had all amenities that we required. It’s in a great location, with spectacular views.   This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The location is great - in the hills with great ocean views. About 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches (Aliso Beach was our usual), restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Alberton's), and downtown Laguna Beach. It's about half an hour to Disneyland and 45 minutes to Legoland. There is also a huge playground about a block away which was convenient for letting our kids run around. The home itself is amazing. It's artfully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cookware, platters, and utensils. The rooms are nice and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be back again!
