Our property is combined of 2 stone built, in typical Cycladic style houses, which are situated on both sides of a big, lush, Mediterranean garden - garden paths lead between the 2 houses.
Although so authentic, you have all the amenities that modern life requires: be it air condition, free internet access, comfortable beds ,3 fully equipped kitchenettes ( as well as the big kitchen)- which give the possibility of each of your parts to have private moments.
The houses are very spacious, having together the size of 240 sqm.
The garden has 2500 sqm of olive trees, citrus trees, grape vines, fig, pomegranate, bougainvilleas, geraniums, jasmine, typical spices. Wonderful stone stairs, built by the owner, lead between the various terraces. It is even an adventurous playground for kids !!
Of course, it is so important to have this tranquility that our property offers, yet not being too remote from beaches and town (3 km. to some of the nicest beaches, 3 km to main facilities in main "town" Apollonia)- the 3 cars we offer are of immense convenience !

Owner Description
We are a family of 4, that decided, when our children were babies, to move ( from Jerusalem) to a Greek island, seeking the authentic feel of the Mediterranean, that we missed so much in our home country. So we bought ourselves this wonderful piece of land, with its gorgeous view towards the sea and the opposite island, very conveniently located , 3km. away from main "town" Apollonia. Slowly but surely we built our 2 houses, and continued living in Sifnos until professional needs ( our children are classical musicians) made us move to a central European city ( Berlin...) Our best friends in Sifnos- a local family, are taking wonderful care of our guests on the spot, if we're not there.

Staying at our property, you will have this kind of "Greek vacation", that you dream about : surrounded by beautiful nature, hills and sea is what you look at from every corner of the house, goat and sheep bells ringing, lush sounds from the riverbed below..... Both the houses are surrounded with shaded verandas- so simply enjoy your glass of cool wine, have a piece of Feta with some delicious local tomatoes ( still taste like ones !), take a special time for yourself and walk into the tiny church of Agios Prokopios next to our land....
