  This house was everything we expected a real "home from home" as it had everything we needed and more. Probably the best vacation we ever had as fantastic location made it ideal base for trips out. Had concerns about negative comments from 2011 guest but owner outlined what had happened then and steps he took to make things good. This allayed our concerns. Only problem we had was on arrival when screen around the pool had some damage to mesh but reported this to property manager ans was fixed same day. On day 2 a fence was erected between house and the one next door to increase privacy...GREAT! Steve, the owner, great to work with as he gave us a great rate... we got this house for the rate that 3 bed villa owners wanted, This was much appreciated as we had always promised our 3 kids (7, 10 & 13) that we would take them to Orlando and WDW in particular one day. This vacation was in planning for 2 years and just before Christmas my husband became unemployed but we decided to keep our promise to the kids. Thanks to Steve giving us a good rate our total limited budget went that much further at the parks and beaches. Really can't thank him enough and would recommend this house. Lynda Ferns ON, Canada

  We stayed in Orlando many times before and prefer Kissimmee area as it is good location for visiting the parks. It was very important to me and my family to have comfortable house and close to places we wanted to visit. This house is in fantastic spot. We could go to the parks in the morning and go home to chill before heading out again. The games room kept the kids happy while we rested or went in the pool..........the spa is fantastic, especially late at night with a glass of wine before off to bed. One of the best things is the hispeed internet. Recommend this house and we've booked again for next year already. The Cook family, London, England

  Great location - easy to get to Disney. Lots of space for our families which was nice. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the general cleanliness; more specifically the state of the interior rugs. They were in extremely poor condition as was the fabric furniture. The online pictures showed leather couches, but we had cloth couches that could definitely use a cleaning. Nonetheless we had a great holiday in Florida. Lee was very easy to work with, which was nice.

  Recently my family from Ontario and my wife's brothers family from Newfoundland had the privilege of staying in Mr. Steve Attenborough's home. As this was a new way of vacactioning for us we are more than happy with our decision. From the beginning Steve was very professional and quick to respond through email correspondance which surprised me, as we live in different parts of the world. I was a little skeptical regarding transfer of funds to an unknown receipient but was put at ease when the transfer went through and Mr. Attenborough forwarded my all kinds of documentation and useful information for the trip. The house was amazing. It is a beautiful 5 bedroom home with 4 full bathrooms. The two boys (our son's) who journeyed with absolutely loved the pool and games room. Grandma also vacationed with us and aside from her having her main floor front room and personal bathroom, she loved the backyard as much as the kids and worshipped the sun daily. The location is top notch as well. Close to all amedities, Walmart only a 3 minute walk and all highways only minutes away as well. Oh yah the home is also only 10-15 minute away from a few fantistic golf courses that I had the opportunity to play and would highly recommend Falcon's Fire to anyone lucky enough to get out and play. Steve made our entire experience a great one. He provided all kinds of maps and key information for the surrounding area. We cannot thank him enough and not only have I referred this to many personal friends but I would recommend to anyone; as the entire experience in dealing with Steve and to stay in such a beautiful home was second to no one! $120 per night on all remaining available dates to end of October 2012. Minimum 
rental 7 nights for this offer. Shorter stays available.
From November 2012 Rental rate between $940 and $1,450 per week including taxes.
Pool heat optional extra at $25 a day and recommended between October and March.
Rentals of 7 nights or less add $95 cleaning charge.
