This home is everything that is advertised and then some. Very beautiful home in a private gated community. House was ready when we arrived and was very clean and well maintained. Owners were super easy to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitelly stay in this home again. The private pool is very nice and the hot tub is well. It is also nice to have the guest membership to the country club just down the street.

This was our third stay on the Lely Resort and Tammy and Ron's house exceeded our expectations. It is obviously well maintained, it was clean and the rooms were so well presented. It was a nice surprise to find everything in the garage to make our holiday perfect, from the cool boxes and beach chairs through to a couple of bicycles and fishing rods. We also enjoyed making use of the bbq by the private pool. It was so nice that Ron took the time to phone the house to check on arrival that we had everything we needed. Thank you Tammy and Ron for the use of your beautiful house and we would hope to visit again in the future and we would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Hallo Ron, wir hatten traumhafte 2 Wochen in Ihrem Haus. Vorallem wenn morgens der Sonnenaufgang vom Schlafzimmer aus zu sehen war waren wir jedesmal begeistert. Im Haus war alles vorhanden es war sehr sauber und der Grill war auch spitze. Die Lage zum Golfplatz war perfekt. Martina Max und Siegfried aus Deutschland

This was a Girls Trip to Florida. What a wonderful time! This house and location was the best place to enjoy our vacation in Naples. The house is beautiful. Everything listed on the website is exactly how the house is. It's fully equipped, clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool/spa each night. The house was about 10 minutes away from naples beach and about 15 from marco island, which was also wonderful. We shopped til' we dropped on 5th ave. N, which is a street with many shops. Our whole experience in Naples was fabulous - thanks to Ron & Tammy for allowing us to use their beautiful home for the week. Thanks Ron & Tammy for a great experience!

Fabulous view, pool and lanai

Fabulous view of a lake with lots of wild life, even saw a bald eagle 3 times. Spent most of two months outside on the lanai and swam almost every day in the larger than average like-new pool. The owner was very responsive to our requests. Property was very clean and we never ran out of hot water (as we have in other houses). Don't miss the entertainment at the Player's Club or the 2 resort pools! Everglades boardwalks are only 30 minutes away, so don't miss all the birds and alligators at Williams, the Oasis visitor center and Shark Valley, all on Tamiami /Rt 41.

Family Holiday

We stayed at the Naples home for 2 weeks and we had an fantastc time, the villa had everything you could want and the pool and jacuzzi were well used. The view across the lake was stunning . We went to the everglades for an airboat ride, and we did manage Busch gardens in a day, although a long day it is possible. We visited two outlets which are great for shopping and the local mall was really good as well. Ron and Tammy were always contactable even though we were in England and were always happy to reply to my many e-mails.

Naples Holiday

We stayed at the Naples home for 4 weeks and we had an amazing time the home has everything that you could wish for and more. The view across the lake was stunning with all the birdlife and was especially great when we saw an aligator was living there too. We used to have a racoon that used to visit most evenings. Naples and the surrounding area is lovely and so clean. We went to many restaurants but our favourites were the bonefish grill and the boathouse. We went to the everglades which was well worth the visit and went to Marco Island for a boat ride on the Marco princess which was good too. ON a Sunday at Marco Island if you go to Goodlands at around 1 pm they have music at Stans and it also attracts all the bikes with their harley's which is worth seeing. I would also recommend a visit to Sanibel too especially for the wild life you can do the walking or biking or even take a tram ride around the conservation area. I would love to go back again and hopefully would stay in the same house too.

Great Property with fantastic view

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, well-maintained and had every amenity we needed, including two bicycles. The outdoor area with its' pool and spa were very nice and proved an excellent spot to sit and watch the various birds. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives as it is a great location to visit Naples and the surrounding beaches. I would like to finish by thanking the owners, Ron and Tammy for their excellent service.

Beautiful Home in Lely

This was the third time we rented this home for our winter vacation, and we hope to return next year. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept. We especially appreciated the swimming pool and hot tub. Also, is was convenient to have a nice gas grille for cooking outside. The lake behind the house is wonderful, and we enjoyed watching the water fowl. We enjoyed taking the sunset dinner cruise which left from Marco Island, and is just a short distance from the home. Also, if you enjoy music, the Philharmonic in North Naples is a nice place to spend an evening. There are advertisements for this in the local newspaper stating the many entertainers performing there. The owners, Ron & Tammy, are very nice, and called us each time shortly after our arrival to see if we needed anything. We are certain that you would thoroughly enjoy renting this home.

Hi Ron, thanks for returning the deposit of 500$. We would like to thank you for the great time we had in your house in Naples during Christmas and New Year. It is a very nice location and everything is in good shape. The pool area is beautiful, although we had only a few days we could swim due to the weather. Great, Clean, Well Stocked Lely Rental

This was our 10 girls shopping trip to Florida. This Lely Resort rental was one of the nicest we have stayed in yet. I cannot say enough on how helpful both Tammy & Ron are to your needs. The rental was well stocked and in a great location and everyone remarked on how clean and well kept it was. Nice to shop all day and soak your feet in the pool at night with a tall drink with good friends or family!!!

Best Vacation Home

My family and friends have never been to Naples, so this was our first time. This house and location was the best place to enjoy our vacation in Naples. The house is beautiful. Having the jacuzzi and pool was like icing on a cake; since the home is so perfect already. Everything listed on the website is exactly how the house is. It's fully equipped, clean, and spacious. We had a lot of fun barbecuing near the pool and playing cards every night. All the cooking and BBQ utensils were available. There's also two great bicycles in the garage that we took out one night for a ride. The home owners are also great people. They contacted me and made sure everything was good. The house was about 10 minutes away from naples beach and about 15 from marco island, which i really liked. We went on 5th ave. N, which is a street with many shops. The Naples pier was a really nice place for volleyball and fishing. Overall our whole experience in Naples wouldn't have been better if we stayed in a different home. It was just good to come back and stay at this house and call it home. (temporarily) It's a great deal for this house and i encourage for anyone to rent this house. Thanks Ron & Tammy for a great experience!

We have rented a lot of times in Naples and these owners were the best to deal with. They called a few hours after we arrived and asked how everything was going and if we had any questions. Very nice pool with remote control jacuzzi. big windows out the back of the entire house with views of the pool and big lake right there. house was fully equipped and had brand new flat screen tv's in two bedrooms. I will be back!

"The Happy Vacationers"

We surely selected the right house for our two week Naples vacation. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for cooking, washing, and cleaning was at our disposal. After golfing, we enjoyed cooling off in the private pool and grilling dinner on the lanai. Upon our arrival, the owner phoned us to see if everything was to our liking and told us to call at any time if we had any questions or concerns. He truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable and trouble free. During our stay we had no trouble getting around Naples. Our GPS was very helpful. But, if a vacationer doesn't have one, route 41 makes any place very accessible. Of course, vacationing in Florida at this time of the year is hot. Yet, except for the beach and golf courses, every establishment has air-conditioning. Also, because it's off season, the beach, restaurants, golf courses, and stores were not crowded. Parking was no problem. Our favorite places to eat were the Boat House on the Bay and The Bonefish Grill If you eat at the Bonefish, get their Bang Bang Shrimp. We golfed at the two courses on the resort and the Rookery at Marco. There was no trouble getting the tee times we wanted. All three courses were beautiful, but the Rookery was the most challenging. For the ladies, it's only a 15 minute ride to the famous Fifth Avenue shopping area. If you have somewhere special to go and need an outfit that will stand out, buy it there. For the men, there're charter boats you can go out on for fishing in the bay or gulf. The men in the family took a half day fishing in the bay with little luck. So, a few days later they went on a half day fishing charter in the gulf and came home with their catch of red snapper which made a great meal that day. So, as you can tell, we had a great time in Naples and a fantastic place to call home for two weeks. We honestly recommend this vacation rental house when considering Naples as your destination.

The Perfect & Private west coast vacation home

My week spent at this house was exactly what we were looking for. A nice fairly new and clean house in a private resort fully furnished with a comfortable layout for Mom and Dad and even the kids to enjoy and also access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and more. This house has a very spacious layout all throughout the house. Family room is very comfortable and very well furnished including a random selection of movies and music for your enjoyment. Kitchen area is also very spacious with huge counter space and all new appliances. This kitchen is fully equiped with all silverware and dishware and cookware you could need. Cookware for BBQ /grilling is also included. Very nice. Breakfast area flows very nicely off the kitchen with an overview and access to the pool area. As for the pool and patio areas were very well appointed with access to the pool and patio from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. Pool and spa are both heated electronically by a PDA remote. A very nice touch. Bathrooms are very clean and spacious, and look like the rest of the house "Brand New". The two car garage is very spacious and very clean and well organized. A seperate laundry room is also appointed under air and very comfortable to use. I'm embarrased of my own garage back home. This is very clean and very well maintained comfortable house with the privacy you would expect in a gated resort which really met all our needs and expectations. The attention to detail and furnishings in this house did not miss anything we needed. Except another week on our part to enjoy it more. As for the owners, they were a pleasure to deal with from begining to end. Very accomodating and easy going. We look forward to doing business with them again. I would highly recommend this property and the pleasure of doing business with these owners anytime.

Five Star Rating Fantastic Home & Location

This Lely resort home is in the perfect south Naples location. We were within minutes of Marco Island, Naples beaches, 5th Ave & Dowtown and had quick access to everywhere else right off 75!!! The home itself is right on a beautiful lake where we fished for bass and fed the ducks every morning. The house, and pool are extremely well maintained and CLEAN!! It is also well stocked - plenty of pool and beach towels and toys, all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed, even books and movies for downtime. The home is even more spacious and comfortable than the pictures show. Our group included 3 preteens and three adults and there was more than enough space for evryone. The ease of dealing directly with the property owner is a must mentioned plus of the home rental as well. They were accomodating,gracious and prompt - Overall a great experience!!

Lovey, Private Naples Home

We spent a week in this lovely home. It is everything the writeup and pictures show. It is spotlessly clean and a great non-smoking property. The back of the home (pool side) faces the south east and has full sun almost the whole day. We loved the pivacy this home provides. There is no home to the east side of the property, and nice landscape buffering between the adjacent home to the west. The owners went out of their way to check with us shortly after our arrival and midway through our stay to assure that everything was to our liking. Downtown Naples, the greater Naples extensive shopping area and Marco Island is all within 15-20 minutes from this home. Be sure to check out Cracklin' Jacks for extremely inexpensive home style cooking (live music on Mondays and Fridays), and Michelbob's for some of the greatest baby back ribs you'll find anywhere in the USA. We will strongly consider this property for our next trip to the Naples area.
