Payments required
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. Final payment consisting of the remaining charges for any additional services as requested including taxes, security deposit and any additional charges on the lease agreement, must be made within 30 days prior to your arrival. The balance is due in the form of cashier's check or wire transfer. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is required.
Additional services are offered such as luxury car rentals, boat/yacht rentals, chartered boats, personal chefs, chauffeurs, housekeepers, and nannies for additional charges.
Security Deposit
Security Deposit: Client shall provide owner with a security deposit of 50% of total rental sum, due with final payment of rent. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure, provided that the property and its equipment are returned in an acceptable condition after Client vacates the premises. The client is provided with a full inventory of the property and its contents on arrival. Any breakages or missing items during the duration of this agreement will be charged at cost.
